Some digital pieces I've done for the MSPFA story 'Stuck...Stuck?', made by me, @digitalminstrel  , @seeingstarzz and @henryscircus ! :)

The first piece is OVERTHINKING, a piece done with pixel brushes starring God tiered Wren and regular Kipp, inspired by the lyrics from Overthinking - Mabel.

The second piece is SBURBICIDE, another pixel brush piece that was honestly meant to be a shitpost since it was inspired by the "come with us to equestria" image 😭 but it looked cool and was plot accurate so I decided to finalise it! :) it stars Stan and Adam.

The third piece is ANTICHRIST, which is just a cool bust of Adam tbh and doesn't have any lore worth noting at all.

Three more days until /syn is real so here's little a treat!

A promotional poster made for Act 1 of /syn which is called "Ioche" and drawn by @dead-obsith. I've wanted to show this publicly for a while now and now I can!

The meaning behind the act name is a neologism coined by John Koenig with a meaning listed as such;

Ioche. /eye-oh-key/ n.

"The anxiety of being an individual; the realization that you've never felt comfortable being you—leaving you to question if you'll ever look in the mirror and feel comfortable with the person staring back at you—questioning every decision, or feeling that you've had about yourself."

So, I've been thinking about fan classpects.

Yes, I know, funny Piss and Shit, Waste and Nick, haha.

I am aware that fixating on this kind of stuff is probably pretty pointless, but regardless, I've been investigating, and I have found myself unable to stop thinking about it, specially after finding this thing.

One obvious problem with that system is that, well... It's kind of redundant? For example, the Soul aspect. That's just Heart. There's no way around it. As well as Death falls under Doom, Stars under Light, Links or Lips under Blood...

But what if what I then tried to understand is not if it makes sense, but instead, how can I make it make sense?

And then I had an idea, what if the classpects had what you could call 2 tiers?

To exemplify, let's try to remember the 'Squiddle Session'. I don't really know how known exactly this thing is, so I'll try to summarize it. Andrew Hussie made an statement talking about how the trolls were apparently created by a session of 48 squiddles, with the 48 dancestors of said squiddles being the horrorterrors. This is not exactly canon, but there are neat coincidences sprinkled here and there that could add weight to the idea. For example, the fact that the trolls had 48 zodiac signs total, according to Karkat.

If said session were to be true, we could either assume one of two things. Either aspects can have duplicates in the same session, or more aspects exist. For the sake of whatever this is, let's roll with the second one.

If a session as large as that one existed, it would be indeed redundant to have a Light player and a Day player running around in the same session, so what if the canon aspects actually worked the same way the Lord and Muse classes work, but at a larger scale? If the Lord and Muse serve to replace any active and passive role if the number of players is too low, the canon aspects might be a conglomeration of smaller aspects, that only pop up if the number of players is too high! Meaning that a large session would not have any canon aspect, but instead a group of aspects that serve as an alternative to each canon aspect.

So, after all of that rambling, I announce that this blog will be officially about fan classpects now.

TL;DR: I like fan classpects and from now on I will not shut up about them.

i think the concept of sburb/sgrub as we know it revolves entirely around capital h Homestuck especially as an ourobourian entity so i kinda wish that more fan adventures had sburb a little more to the left.

the battlefield always being chess or the midnight crew making an appearance. even like guardians dying, an planet guardian, or the green sun doesn’t necessarily apply as long as its not the homestuck sessions…

ectobiology isnt an necessity as the cherubs were born out of session plus if sburb was carried into a new universe and given to the new players, that would negate frog pyramids needing to crash on to a planet. there are work arounds to not needing the ring entirely but that would mean a different type of game that would still fall into the spirit of sburb.
