Was chatting in a discord group about the ditto-faced pokemon center plushies, figured if they ever made a Popplio it’d look like this. Later I drew a Brionne and a Ditto to join the :) squad too lol

GomAugust 2021 doodle roundup

[[Posted some scribbles on @DailyGomamon on twitter, figured I’d post ‘em here too. Sorry I just haven’t been “feeling it” lately with digimon so that’s kinda why I left. That and tumblr supposedly died with the lewd stuff getting banned lol]]

Day 1: Alternate Type - Plant

This is just Zasso (my Veggiemon OC) as a Gomamon. I think the silt eyes make him look a little less cute lol. The fuzz around his neck is from his Argomon form, (the eye patterns might've been a lil too freaky lookin' on a goma xD)

Day 2: IRL Gomamon Pose (v2) - Ref photo here

Pretty self explanatory. Sea lions are so long tho so I had to shorten the butt half a little for the gomamon version. Not sure if it's OK as is, or should have a chin/lower muzzle line/a line above the muzzle (front view goma problems lol)

Day 3: Alternate Universe (Lilo & Stitch) 

Gomamon as an illegal genetic experiment. Inspired by @Konnestra's (on twitter) alien/mon crossover arts, they're making some original designs now too, go check 'em out!

 My Asta-Gomamon doodle I originally drew in 2011, now redrawn in 2021! I might've improved a little I guess *shrug*

[[ Some Gomamon doodles I drew over the weekend; the top one is my wishful thinking interpretation of tri!Gomamon wearing a suit, since the new art (got it queued) from the Namco Ani-ON Cafe shows him, yet again, naked (even Tentomon is wearing a bow tie!) The bottom left one was sort of inspired by the early TCG art, I tried to make him more round; the bottom right one was drawn for twitter user @D_eggc who has an ADORABLE tiny gomamon keychain plushie in a little inner tube/swim ring that goes on adventures with them a lot like Elliot does with me. Go check out their twitter, worth following even if you know 0 Korean like me ^^; ]]

[[ Got inspired while watching @2bitslp play Digimon Digital Card battle, here’s a ShellGomamon! Since their Gomamon tends to evolve into Shellmon, but they like ShellNumemon so that’s why the different shell. ]]

[[ At my last workplace we used to have a "fun activity" time after every monthly staff meeting; on one of those days we did some bleach dying! It's probably tough to tell it's a seal, the bleach was tough to control and it was windy outside (we did it outside so no mess inside ^^; ) Natticus likes the bandana though, here he is wearing it :3 ]]
