Soulmates

I love this image for three reasons -- first, because it reminds me so much of some of the postures from the Beatles cartoons.

Secondly, because Paul is leaning in on John, and the expression on his face is so full of joy that you can tell that for Paul it is a completely natural and unselfconscious moment. The lad who was always anxious or concerned about the world and people around him, is almost pure spirit, here. He's in touch with his music, his muse and his soulmate, all at the same time. He's free. Third, because look at John. He's all undone, and all but giggling, every bit of his attention focused on the genius beside him, whom he loves. Because they completely understand each other. It's a terrific shot.

Ooooooooh favorites are hard for me because I love all pictures of them lol! But here are a few that I find particularly delightful!

And this one which is not Tarlos but we'll pretend it is because it's my fave from this shoot. The way T.K. is looking at Carlos' eyes but Carlos' are looking at his lips? Hot. Very, very hot.

Every time I see that G--gle phone photoshop commercial my heart is filled with infinite sadness, like, yeah it's cool you can have a good family photo, it's cool you can do that, but god, there is something to be said for the honesty of a family photo where you're blinking, or crying, or have ugly wrinkles.

What is too unsightly for you? Would you swipe-click-replace out the image of my cousin crying on our Florida trip family reunion photo? Would you remove the plastic snake I have clenched in my grip, which I still have to this day? Would you scoff at the wrinkles around our eyes and the strands of hair on our faces as we squint into the wind, the day before the massive storm? Would I remember it if I didn't have these reminders, if the picture was perfect and clean, all children in a row with perfect gleaming white tombstone tooth smiles? No tears. No plastic snake.

Everyone is beautiful and no one looks genuine.

What I love most about Gandalf big naturals is how much it eases my chest dysphoria. I can sleep without a shirt on now because of Gandalf Big Naturals. Knowing that the artist made the original image while recovering from top surgery and said the image was like a final parting gift from their boobs makes me feel even better about the image's effect on me. Men with big naturals makes me feel much more good about my body than those old posts on here that were like "trans men! Some men have pecs!!! So don't feel dysphoric <3". It's much more meaningful to see a hairy, bearded man with a huge H cup rack not letting his tits get in the way of his masculinity.

Most of all, Gandalf Big Naturals helped me love my body the way it is instead of hating something that's a part of me. Of course I still want top surgery but the fact that I can live with my own big naturals until then without wanting to guillotine them off is really important.

Welcome to Day 1 of Yoongi Week! Today is all about my favorite pictures of our favorite Lil Meow Meow. I will confess up front that I am a simp for his long hair, so if that era predominates, just... enjoy it, mmkay?

Gah! The tortured Victorian artist/poet vibe in this one just kills me...

I loved this fan sign with the ears, because they blend with his own hair so well they look natural. And it looks like he's wearing a little bell around his neck like a cat collar. ::is soft::

During Vikings, Alex once posted a story where he was laying somewhere with his hair down and the caption was something like "I hope you're having a better day than me." Then his mobile fell on his perfect face. He looked incredible back then!!!! And then there was an interview, I think with Marco, where he was wearing a tight black t-shirt and his hair was closed. Simply charming and sexy. And yes the mockumentary is legendary. He looked like the most handsome, well dressed man in the world.

Speaking of looking the most handsome and well dressed, I came across this picture, which seems to have been taken around the Reliks music video era. I think he looks amazing in this outfit! 🥰
