In honor of season 3 I would like to present my Fire Force OC! Her name is Hinata, she was a 3rd gen fire soldier at first company with an adolla burst before she was infernalized by Lt. Hoshimiya on a mission. She was then forced to join the White Clad and is made to do their biding through the use of another’s ability.

so for the au, it's modern and a mix of sci-fi and fantasy. imogen temult and matilda bradbury are good friends who both join a magic university helmed by ludinus da'leth to train their skills in magic. imogen to make her dead mother proud and matilda to try and prove herself to her "aunt". they find out about the university's specific program to train them: observing and conquering magical beasts

each one of them are assigned a specific unit with it's own specific beast to observe. ludinus warns imogen to not get attached. she wouldn't want to end up like her mother. while there they meet orym and dorian, two other hopeful students that have been there a bit longer and are more than willing to show them the ropes.

but imogen can't stop thinking about the unit she was assigned to with it's unmoving crystal creature being locked up.

Hello everyone!

With summer and the next major Minecraft update just around the corner, it’s about time for Ya Dead Ya Dead: Obsidian to return! Once the update drops, an official schedule will be established for the second season, but until then, here’s a basic overview of how YDYD:O works and general expectations/guidelines.

In the coming weeks, more information about potential changes and challenges (🙂) will be shared as well. 

-Hardcore Minecraft general rules.

-General Minecraft server behavior rules.

-The server will last until all players have permanently died, the goal has been achieved, or summer ends, whichever comes first. 

-The expectation for basing is that all players on the server will live in the same base and share resources. This is not mandatory, but it is the expectation since this server is short-term and built around teamwork.

-Each player has 5 lives corresponding to a Tower of Pimps, the Tower being located at their initial spawn point and being immovable.

-Each death removes a gold block on the Tower.

-The gold blocks can be replenished by completing purple advancements or obtaining a Totem of Undying. The amount of gold blocks on obsidian cannot exceed 4 at any time.

-Once a player reaches their obsidian block, they can no longer gain gold blocks back and are now Obsidian players. They are on their final life.

-Obsidian players are encouraged to attack and kill Golden players (players with gold blocks).

-Once a player has fully died, their final obsidian piece is replaced by crying obsidian.

-Dead players are more than welcome and encouraged to continue joining each session and be friendly ghosts, no player will be banned after permanent death.

-Any players in Spectator Mode are Not Allowed to help/give any hints/etc now that they can see through the world.

-Last Tower Standing: In the event there are two players still alive (before or) after defeating the dragon, a fight to the death must happen. Players (or the dead) can decide whether or not the remaining amount of gold for each player matters. Ie, whether whoever dies first in the fight is permanently dead.

-All players are expected to fight the "boss" mobs/encounters together, as a "field trip."

-The end goal of the run is to beat all “boss” mobs/encounters, being:

•Elder Guardian

•Woodland Mansion, Pillager Raid

•Wither

•Bastion

•Ender Dragon

-After Alex interviewed her, rather than kill her. Lankmann decided to do something similar to what he did to Kruger and turn her into a test subject, to see how people can turn into Veldigun similar to what he did to Kruger but successful.

-Like with Winfrey, after she transformed Lankmann imprisoned her and fed her the other patients.

-Because most of the things she ate were people she maintained a somewhat humanlike appearance

-In this state shes still conscious and remembers everything but she hasn’t figured out how to speak.

Hyrule had been pretty safe since the end of Calamity Ganon. Monsters had been less bold and people were travelling and making connections. The lands were starting to heal. And that made it the perfect time for Linkle to set out to truly explore! Even with the Upheaval, she was not daunted. Explore, help people, and just take it all in! Even if she was lost with both a map and compass.

It was the smoke from a fire that drew Linkle to the Akkala Stables. It would be nice to rest and relax there, maybe even cook a proper meal! She could easily hunt nearby for some delicious meat and cook with some veggies. Maybe others would be willing to share their supplies if she cooked for them?

As she approached, she saw a trio hiding behind a wall and peeking out. That was... odd. She approached them from behind, peeking out but seeing nothing. Confused, she spoke up. "Am I missing it or is there nothing there?"

Time for my breakdown of the four main characters for my WereKat AU! (Forewarning: This is going to be a long post and there will be a lot of images)

Throwing a tag to @resuri-art! You are the reason this AU appeared in my brain, therefor you must suffer the consequences! 😂

I'm going to start with Bakura, since he's kinda the most 'normal' out of the four (I use the word 'normal' very loosely)

Bakura is the only Human in the group. He's not like most Human's however, as he was found and raised by Naga when he was very young. He knows he obviously had a human family once, but he doesn't remember them.

His Naga family had to learn a lot when it came to raising a Human child ('They eat HOW many times EVERY DAY???'). Can you picture little Bakura trying his hardest to unhinge his jaw like his Naga sister, Dia, so he can eat a rat whole? He developed some rather unique eating habits due to this, which is how he first met Ryou.

Being that he's Human, walking into a butcher shop that specializes in Therian meats got him some very unpleasant looks. The proprietor wasn't very thrilled either, and was giving him a hard time. Cue Ryou's entrance.

Ryou is a Vampire (despite his very not-vampire aesthetic). But he's not just any Vampire, he's from one of the most highly respected Ancient lines: Necrophades. Despite his elevated status, he’s never felt like he belonged among Vampire society. He’s viewed as an outcast since he doesn’t share their hierarchical standpoint on things, but because of his status there is nothing the other Ancient lines can do about it.

Ryou doesn't follow the typical Vampire tradition of feeding off thralls, but instead prefers other, more ethical sources. His meeting with Bakura came about when he went to visit his regular butcher, who he pays well to save the blood of the animals he harvests.

Ryou found Bakura to be quite intriguing, and after some time the two began dating and moved in together.

Humans are notoriously monogamous, while the other races (due to their longer lifespans) are known for having polygamous relationships whenever it suits them. Being that Bakura was raised by Naga, his views when it comes to relationships is similar to Ryou's. Which is why he eventually found himself with not one, but two partners.

Say hello to the little spitball of energy and attitude that is Kat.

Kat is a Felidae, which is a feline Therian (were-beast). She's pretty secretive about her background, only mentioning that she is the illegitimate offspring to a Kemati noble.

Bakura met her at the very popular casino/popular hotspot, Geal'drache, where she works as a cocktail waitress serving drinks to the patrons. She didn't treat him with the same disdain most people treat Humans with. They started talking, and as soon as he mentioned his boyfriend being into tabletop RPG's, her inner nerd flooded out.

No one really knows when it happened, but it started out with Kat coming over for campaign nights, to coming over to plot new campaigns, eventually staying the night on occasion because of how late she and Ryou stayed up plotting new nightmare mode campaigns, to her just suddenly living there. Somewhere along the way, Bakura acquired himself a Therian girlfriend. He's not really complaining. Everyone's cool with it, so why should he?

Then Ryou's old boyfriend, Amir, came back into the picture.

Amir is a Leona, which is a lion Therian. His brother, Marik, is the current King of the Kemati nation, and their older sister, Ishizu, is Marik's advisor to the crown. The three also have an older adopted Pantera (panther) sibling, Rishid, who is Marik's personal guard.

Long before Ryou met Bakura, he and Amir spent some time together as a secretive couple. Due to the politics involved in Amir's life, he couldn't be openly seen with Ryou. When Marik ascended the throne (due to a very unfortunate 'accident' that befell his father one night), Amir felt stuck between his duties and his secret lover. Ryou made the decision for him and told him if and when things changed, to come seek him out.

It's been ten years, but Amir hasn't forgotten what Ryou said...though, ten years isn't much when you live for centuries.

Amir found Ryou again, but was a bit shocked to see who he was now living with...and openly in a relationship with. He always knew Ryou to be a bit...eccentric...when it came to who he dated, but Amir never could have imagined Ryou with a Human.

Amir, like most everyone else, sees Humans as less than the dirt beneath his feet, and tolerates them simply because that was what one did. The idea of being in a relationship with one? Disgusting.

But, he hates the idea of losing the person he cares about most due to his own prejudices, so he simply tolerates Bakura's presence for Ryou's sake. The fact that same Human is also dating his childhood friend/devils advocate has nothing to do with it.

Seriously...his old flame and his childhood friend??? What's so special about that human?????

And there you have it! Four crazy people that are now living together and have their own weird relationships with one another!

Oh, bonus! Forgot to add that Therians like Amir and Kat have TOE BEANS (which is why their shoes are designed the way they are, so that not only is there room for toe claws, but also so there is room if they shift into a full beast).

More trivia style since I doupt people want to read a whole wall of text/more of a brief intro :)

Some main lore

-his summoning was a bit of a mistake, it was during the time period wjere they were gathering ghouls for the band (era 1) but instead of thebfire ghoul needed they ended up with him, a quint that pretty much was still a teen.

As a result he mostly was raised by Primo during his first few years though he never really clicked with the ministry as a whole

-he generally had a deep hatred for Primo for 'taking him away from his pack' and then just coming in acting like a parental figure, he never really got over blaming him.

-Aside from that constant mistreatment from clergy staff, finding humand inferior beings and a hatred for living under the command of the (satanic) church meant he just strayed futher and futher from what he was supposed to be.

Generally he got increasingly harder to handle by staff which ended up in the descision to transfer him to era 2 for 'a new start' when the new reign began. Though again an issue with elements came in, as each era somewhat needs a balance and frankly quints are too powerfull as a kind to have too many running around. There have had been experiments with elemental transition for a while and he just ended up in that program where he got turned from quint to fire.

While he psychically survived i think thats also the snapping point after which he ended up being involved in the murder of the papa's

-he has issues with paranoia,doesn't always see things true

-he previously was named Nova before renaming himself vermillion after the element transition

-on that note despite appearing as a fire ghoul he lacks any of the abilitys, couldn't even light a candle if he tried. Though he also doesn't really have any quintessence left,he more or less floats inbetween

Randomly assorted fun facts

-currently works as a librarian at the ministry, mostly fixating on older literature and maintaining these

-still is an 'era 2' ghoul despite Secondo no longer being alive, refuses to accept any of the newer papas

-particially colorblind (tritanopia)

-absolutely adores lambs meat (instant way to befriend him)

-still has burn scarring, the trails on his horns/face also are result of the transition

-despite being a librarian is very possesive over the books,has broken into someones room to retrieve late returns more then once

-pillow/blanket hoarder when he gets the chance

-loves incense sticks, has a whole collection in the back of his library

-also collects mostly spines/tails from small animals he manages to catch around the ministry

-doesn't have a mate, i think? (If you happen to know my era 1 oc with the candle horns..)

Other Countries in the AUs: Part Two, Plus OCs

Chambelli Koh (Flower Hill, Urdu)

(Hyena AU, mostly)

Background:

A nation in Africa, with a large population of Urdu speakers, explores the world, and forms an alliance with Chaand Hadia, as they are also Urdu speakers with some of the same values. To the left of Chaand Hadia, a colony of African Spotted Hyenas is formed to allow for easier trading.

But the country the hyenas came from is now defunct (joined up with another country peacefully), as suggested by the flag above, granting independence to the colony, which expanded into its own country as more hyenas join.

The Weasels took over the coastlines of Chambelli Koh with the help of the Wolf Unit, establishing a few bases there, but found a lack of workers they could intimidate into working the fish farms. The Wolf Unit then took over several villages, forcing the larger hyenas and other residents into working as troops for the unit, assuming that they are as blood thirsty as them, with the promise that they will not go after 'weak prey' like Flower Hill. The central government is playing the long game in allowing this to happen. After all, it is only a few villages on the coast, and discretely sabotaging the weasels and wolves will result in victory in the long run. Besides, the hyena soldiers will revolt, eventually, and no one will be able to stop them.

I have the idea that Nurse Eomin from her AU will have been conscripted from the coastline when she was visiting family. The Weasel Unit has no idea she is actually a resident of Flower Hill, just as they have no idea that the hyenas have an incredibly strong bond with the hedgehogs to the point of a few romances.

Location and Geography: Shares a border with Chaand Hadia. Mostly fertile farmland surrounded by mountains, but has a rich coastline of fish.

Government: Stratocracy, although local villages may have their own rules. Central government usually, but coastlines are controlled by the weasels

Economy: Mostly just an agricultural and mining society. They trade minerals and weapons to Flower Hill in exchange for silk, and to Chaand Hadia in exchange for paints and dyes.

Demographics: Much of the country is striped and spotted hyenas. Other species include Swinhoe's striped squirrel, three striped ground squirrels, red squirrels, deer, ermines, pigs, sheep, goats, and monkeys.

Culture: Peaceful, but pragmatic and can switch to warlike. Dark humor with loud laughter is a staple of the populace, but the art scene is booming.

Foreign Relations: Mostly Isolated for now, as most creatures are scared of them, and they are a relatively new nation. They are also far louder and m ore brash than everyone else.

Relation to Flower Hill: Flower Hill was concerned by these massive newcomers, so they invited the hyenas to engage in diplomatic discussions. It was discovered that both countries are called 'Flower Hill,' in their own languages, completely by accident, breaking the tension. The hyenas were impressed and thrilled that the hedgehogs were not at all terrified of them and happily formed peace treaties

Traditional Clothing Style (When not in Military attire): Hanbok, shirts, blouses, large robes, and pants, elaborate beaded necklaces.

Hyena OCs

It's not going to be a serious or long AU, once I get to it. I might combine it with the Nope AU and create a series of stories involving Chambelli Koh and Flower Hill. Otherwise they will be mentioned as existing in the AU, maybe in passing, but they won't be big players in The Rod That Blocks the Lightning, if at all.

Really, the name for this one will probably be One Mind All the Time. The hyenas are super intimidating and powerful, but if they are not in a fight, then they are big friendly goofballs who share one brain cell. But still smart, in the way they can plan for a battle, as well as subtly indicate to Flower Hill that they are being coerced.

Honestly, I could set the location of the prison for the Kidnapped Scientist AU somewhere around in this country, perhaps. Or at least near one of their borders.

Jindo Dog Island

This isn't made up, I just straight up took an actual island around Korea. It was supposed to be a one off gag for an inconsequential chapter, but afterwards I had ideas!

Location and Geography: Down near the Southern part of the Weasel Territory, but not part of it. Island nation with lots of fertile farmland and mixed with birch trees.

Government: Imperialistic, yet willing to trade with other countries.

Economy: Large soju exports, necessitating large wheat and rice fields, as well as a large variety of fruits and vegetables for taste. They also have a large export of xylitol made form imported birch trees, although their uses for it remain mysterious, as it is not used in the soju. Sugar, fruits, silk, and vegetables are large imports.

Demographics: Jindo dogs, pigs, deer, mice

Culture: farmers, loving the peaceful life, paintings, but everyone is conscripted for a short period of time when they become adults, and are very reserved to outsiders. They have never been successfully invaded, but young males of important families are expected to enrich themselves with travel to foreign countries so they can better run the family and the nation, so the country is not completely shut off and behind the times.

Foreign Relations: Open to trade, but due to being an island nation, they have a massive imperial fleet of a highly trained navy. This is also how they are able to trade soju safely despite being so close the weasel territory, in addition to the Myeongnyang Strait, which provides heavy protection to the islands. Stories abound of assassins from the country poisoning enemies with mysterious powders, but the diplomats assure that those are simply rumors. It is only a coincidence that enemies who tried to invade their country, or seriously talked about invading tend to wind up mysteriously dead or in comas.

Relation to Flower Hill: Flower Hill gives them wood and silk, and they trade with exquisite soju. Flower Hill has been sure to treat visitors from there very well for generations, in order to secure alliances.

Traditional Clothing Style: Loose clothes, pants, dresses. Higher classes wear robes, everyone has armor they can use.

OC Character: Jinro the Jindo Dog

Gender: Male

Country and Alliance: Jindo Dog Island

Attire: Western clothes

Skills: Cooking, soju production

Job: drifter, cook

Backstory: He and his twin, Hite, were born to the nation's largest soju production factory in the kingdom. On a trip, he was conscripted by the Weasel Unit as a cook. He escapes with a group of friends he makes in the barracks. Now, as per tradition for the family, he wanders to earth searching for new food and soju recipes.

Just a funny guy I'm going to have wander in and out of stories.

Wolf Country

I don't really have a whole lot of ideas on this right now that I have not spoken of in my previous post. To be honest, I don't think the actual country will feature too much, if at all, since the action is around Flower Hill and other nations nearby.

But, I'm guessing the wolves represent America, and the alligators/crocodiles are Mexico that has been occupied by the Wolf Unit. I'm still working on personalities and such for this group, but I'm guessing they are very strong, and see the smaller animals as weak and beneath them.

I want to call this one Steven or Miguel.

I still say the alligators/crocs are good for underwater reconnaissance in the absence of the underground study data, Dr. Dudeoji, or his assistant, Bamsaegi. Disarming mines Flower Hill has planted in the water is also probably a good use for them. They are, however, cold blooded, and this comes with its own problems when doing their jobs.

It is possible that the alligators/crocs may want to take over Flower Hill for themselves, but they would want to get out from under the thumb of the Wolf Unit first.

Introducing Erelys, the once-ruler of the fallen city of Atlantis and one of the many gods of Renaimore ( the third dimension of Earth )~

•~All pronouns ( they are intersex and genderfluid, and they do not care how others address them )

•~Their power lies in creation and their elemental magic is water

•~Their lover is a half god named Hector, who once ruled Atlantis with them

I finally finished her reference sheet, Here’s Jingles!

Jingles spends a decent amount of her time raising Klown babies, making sure all of their necessities are met and that they are thriving.

In her free time on earth, she loves chasing after snakes and isn’t afraid to get down and dirty to grab one. She finds them enamoring.

She cannot sit still for shit. (She will shake the whole table bouncing her leg)

she’s always doing something to keep busy, so she can be very reliable for quick favors/errands.

She has ptosis, which causes her left eye to naturally be more lidded than the right.

She is quite the cuddle bug and will do most anything to get the attention of her significant other.

She takes an interest in talkbox music, finding that it scratches a certain itch in her brain.

Jingles will occasionally talk to other Klowns when spoken directly to, or if she’s feeling extra sociable.

however her main form of communication is through hand gestures and Different sound effects such as whistling or honking.

Method of hunting: Voice imitation. She can mimic the voice of certain humans to lure other humans out of hiding. Then either she or another Klown will go in for the kill.
