I gotta day I am ABSOLUTELY CHUFFED that my awesome 😎 friend @can swans01 made it to my 25th birthday 🎂 party last Friday!! He’s one of my friends from my Ty Hafan Squad, our palliative care support group that brings together young people who went to Ty Hafan and lived to tell the tale. I was so impressed by how confident Cam’s gotten in the last year; he only used to ever come to social stuff if that pain in the arse @bluebirdccfc94 was coming too... but now he’s a proper social butterfly! He came on his own with just his carer knowing only me and my parents, and he was chatting away to loads of my family and friends all night. It was honestly such a joy to see how confident he is! I’m super proud of you mate 😁! Also, I feel y’all need to know Cam made me AND my mum CRY by being a bastard and saying truly lovely things 😭🥰💖 My mum is officially your biggest fan Cam! So excited for my, Tom and Cam’s Christmas 🎄 outing now 🙌🏻!
