With fall coming to an end so did the construction of the windfarm and electrical substation. The town funds were pretty much depleted, but everybody was happy to finally have more electricity than what their rooftop solar and photovoltaic cells were producing.

Known medical conditions: Tetrachromacy, mild myopia, C-virus induced chronic skin infections.

Long biography under the cut

Helena was born the eldest of two children to a pair of loving parents in Stone Ville in Arklay county. Her sister, Deborah, was born five years later, the two of them becoming inseparable. Things were peaceful until a fateful day in 1998, when neighboring Raccoon city suffered an outbreak of the T-virus. The Virus had penetrated the water supply, and being as young as they were, Helena and Deborah happened to be in the 10% that were heavily resistant or even immune to the virus.

Their parents, however, were not so fortunate.

They seemed to succumb to the virus randomly one day, mutating into cannibalistic zombies and soon advancing on the two young girls. 9 years old at the time, Helena rushed her sister into their parents shared bedroom and barred the door, hiding Deborah in the closet while she screamed at her parents through the door- Trying to reason with them, Trying to figure out what was happening, but when a hand suddenly thrust through the wood of the door and scratched her, she knew right off that there was no reasoning with them anymore, and so she ran for her fathers gun vault.

She grabbed for every tool she could find, eventually locating a firesafe box and using that to break the padlock on the vault, opening it and grabbing her fathers pistol off the rack. It took several fleeting seconds for her to figure out ho to turn the safety off, and her parents were already making another hole in the door trying to get to them, thankfully ripping open a hole just big enough for Helena to take the gun and open fire.

Screaming and crying the whole time, she lands two direct headshots, her zombified parents dropping to the ground with hard thuds.

It's too much to bare for the young girl, throwing the gun across the room as Deborah slowly left the confines of the closet, finally going to comfort her grieving sister.

Feeling danger on the horizon, Helena and Deborah packed up whatever they could carry and ran from home. Helena taking the gun with her just in case- 5 bullets to its name, but she'd have to use it wisely.

It didn't take long for stories of a nine-year-old girl fleeing from Arklay county with a gun on her hip and her four-year-old sister in tow to start circulating, and the two girls wind up getting picked up by police after multiple days of running for their lives- Survivors of the missile strike, they figured, and whisked them off to be placed in the local orphanage- Something Helena despised. She had become ultra protective of Deborah, and refused to be separated from her. Couples seeking to adopt often would favor Deborah over Helena, as her attitude was incredibly abrasive and crass, and when this would happen, oftentimes Helena would respond by packing everything they owned up and running away from the orphanage with Deborah, finding abandoned houses and alleys to sleep in and stealing whatever food and water she could get her hands on. It took cops tracking them down to bring them back, but the point was made.

Helena was never the best student in school, favoring much more practical lessons as opposed to text books and essays, but she limped across the finish line, as it were, and graduated school before immediately enrolling in the local community college on a scholarship for criminal justice, which eventually lead her to graduating with a bachelors, and joining the CIA a bit after her 20th birthday. As part of her employment, she is vaccinated against every known strain of the T and G viruses before being sent off on duty, and participates in regular check-ups.

During the incident in Tall Oaks, during the fight with the Lepotica, Helena does get infected with the C virus. However, with her being vaccinated against the T virus and naturally immune to it, the C is quickly suppressed in her system. Because of it being highly prone to mutations, it starts to integrate with her system in subtle ways and enhance her abilities.

Because of this, she is noticeably more athletic then the average person, able to land devastating punches and achieve almost inhuman feats of athleticism (Jumping large gaps, running long distances without tiring, and far more accurate with her weapon to name a few examples)

She is aware of the infection, but doesn't quite understand the intricacies of it. She's taking the blessings as they come, for now.
