Today I did the first ever 5k run in my life and it went surprisingly well. I was really afraid beforehand that I would run out of breath or just collapse but we stayed on a very good pace and so it was quite okay for me. Yes, I know that the time is laughable for someone who is an advanced athlete but my goal today was to get through this. I’ll work on my time later.
