.Cómo he sobrevivido a la cuarentena.💫 Hoy, después de dos meses de confinamiento, empiezo a sentirme un poco desanimada. Es cierto que he tenido momentos durante la cuarentena en los que he estado cansada, nerviosa o triste. Pero hoy en especial y sin ningún motivo aparente, me siento así.🤷🏻‍♀️ ⠀ Cuando estoy así lo primero que hago es aceptarlo y lo segundo es pensar en qué puedo hacer para estar mejor.💁🏻‍♀️ ⠀ Me he dado cuenta de que ha habido 3 actividades diarias que me han ayudado a sobrellevar la cuarentena: ⠀ 1💫Escuchar videos ASMR: tal vez no conozcáis esta técnica de relajación, básicamente consiste en escuchar ruidos “agradables” de una forma amplificada. Yo los escucho a partir se YouTube. Hay a quien lo odia y a quien le encanta, como es mi caso.😅 ⠀ 2💫Meditar 10 minutos: no suelo llegar siempre a los 10 minutos pero ya he encontrado mi momento del día para hacerlo y estoy notando sus beneficios. Yo uso la App Insight Timer. Os recomiendo, si no habéis meditado nunca, que os unáis al grupo online de @tuaquiyahora.🧘🏻‍♀️ ⠀ 3💫Bailar: para mí bailar es como meditar porque desconecto totalmente de mis pensamientos. Estoy en el presente, me sale una sonrisa de oreja a oreja y dejo que se suelten todas las tensiones.
