Within the last 48 hours, I’ve been dragged out of art block by my THROAT by it. They just- so fun to draw, and I don’t gotta about details,,,…. And…

[A crash is heard, the soft whimpering of a beast not made by man. But owned by one, nonetheless.]

HOW MANY TIMES MUST I REPEAT MYSELF TO YOU, YOU ALIEN!?

[The sharp and enraged voice of Corbin echoed through the basement.]

[Flare, the eldritch being he is, is powerless against this man. He knew its weakest points. He knows where and how to hit it, that makes it hurt.]

[So, the shadowy being was huddled in a corner, full body formed and resembling a male version of Dusk. Shaking and with white oozing from a wound on its left shoulder.]

“I- I’m sorry!! I tried- I tried to not let her know! I did! B-but she found a wild magic area a-and—“

[An empty vial is thrown at Flare again, shattering and sprinkling down to join the other shards that littered his body and the floor around them.]

I DON’T CARE IF SHE USED GODS POWER TO GET HERE, I WANT YOU TO GET RID OF HER!! She is too much of a pain to deal with. Her and her magic of the mind are far too difficult to deal with.

I want you to find them. Kill her. Get Sirius back and come home. Or so help me, Flare, I will kill all of them and make you watch. If you care about Sirius so much, you’ll do this without fail.

[Corbin growled to the being of shadows. Said being could only cower and nod frantically… with all the power he held, he was helpless to disobey.]

“Yes, Dr. Corbin…”

[Flare said before sinking into his own pocket dimension. Traveling around for longer than needed so he could enjoy the peace and quiet… he missed his family.]

[He’ll avenge them one day… he just… needs to get stronger… until he can go against the delusional doctor.]

[A very soft, subtle hissing sound, like steam releasing from a pressurized vessel, sounded in an almost taunting manner.]

[All was still for a long moment, silence. Then, from beneath the bed, soft scuttling and a strange. . . Gargling, almost sounding like a nether portal, but much more sinister and wet, sound came.]

[Following this sound, was a soft humming. A lullaby, almost. A puddle formed from beneath the bed, eyes slowly opening, varying in size and shape. And then a voice. Very deep, but not coarse, it was smooth and soft. . . unnaturally so. A voice that deep could never naturally be so smooth on a human, whether altered or not.]

“Moorrgan~ left behind?.. how unfair.. how cruel. . . They left you again, didn’t they? They ran away and forgot you in favor of that damned blue bot. . . didn’t they? No protection. . .”

[The voice had an ethereal effect to it, like it was inside of Morgan’s head, yet he could hear it coming from the black puddle that clearly wasn’t a shadow. It sounded slightly warbly, like speaking through the smallest amount of water.]

“Morgaann, Morgan. . . you lived through hell. I can see it in your body. I can taste the trauma~ the agony, the despair!~ sweet Morgan has been abandoned by their friend again. . . poor Morgan has been left behiinnndd~”

[Cackling giggles as the puddle moves to be above the door, dripping whatever it was made of as a body slowly formed, it was like an optical illusion, its form the perfect color to blend in with the goo it formed from, yet it was so clear to see. Like it was outlined, yet there was nothing outlining it. Many eyes, many, many eyes appeared, watching Morgan intently. The form had three bigger rays, four smaller ones between the big ones, all of them connected smoothly, like a star.]

[A smile, its mouth appearing in a white glow. Connected like stitches, were strings of the goo.]

“Morgan~ what’ll you do, Morgan! Won’t you help me? Won’t you stay behind, because you’ll only get in the way!!”

[The creatures voice changed in pitch to mimic Sirius, then Static. It didn’t sound like them. But enough that it was disturbing how it even knew of them. How it tried to mock them at all.]

[a tendril, black as ink, looking almost like thick sludge in consistency yet could hold perfect shape, slithered from a small, dark corner of the room of Morgan’s. Multiple small eyes opening, honing in on the occupant of the room; before a hand formed at the end of the thing.]

[Now taking the shape of an arm, it reached out before yanking the end of Morgan’s tail, it quickly retracted back into the dark, taking with it an electronic device.]

[All that was left behind, was some gooey, non-sticky goo on Morgan’s tail. Matted in it.]

An admittedly undignified yelp escapes Morgan with the surprise pull of the strange thing, his tail flicking up into his hands as he hisses, wiping off the... Whatever the hell touched him.

He'd been told to stay put in the house by a very adamant Static. Their commands were only enforced with the information that Sirius was stolen seemingly out of nowhere.

The intrusive,, goop was more worrying than ever in a time like this.

I’ve been drawing Flare more recently, and I do plan to write down its lore as well as Dusk’s.

But tada!! This was something quick, so there’s no actual coloring of the characters (besides Flare, but he’s easy).

Hi, so i've been having this question for a good while now.

How would the SEA family react to Ruin?

I imagine them trowing questions like:

What do you mean that's Sun and Moon AT THE SAME TIME, BUT HE IS ALSO NOT EXACLTY THEM!?

What do you mean HE'S ALSO A ALTERNATIVE VERSION OF ECLIPSE!?

What do you mean this animatronic destroyed 5000+ in the blink of a eye?! HOW WAS HE ABLE TO DO THAT?! (This one more probaly came from Eclipse)

Why is he british!? (More like Bloodmoon or Lunar asking what's that funny accent he has)

And how is he possible?! wait- there's more like him?!

You know ,the usual stuff.

Btw, i really like and aprecciate your work and enjoy your writing, it's really good.

They'd be freaked out by his body count. When they realise there were probably people who were celestials like them in those dimensions, they'd be pissed.

Eclipse would still ask him about the hows and whys. He understands hating the humans that created you, and he wouldn't have minded if it was just his creator Ruin destroyed. But all these other people?

He may punch him in the face, but no worries about that, because I think Ruin is used to that by this point. He sure wasn't bothered by all that scorn and abuse on the surface before, so he won't let anything slip now either.

Ruin will have the easier time developing a friendly relationship with: Eclipse, Sun, Killcode and Solar Flare

While he may struggle with: Lunar, Bloodmoon and Moon

This wouldn't mean that he's trusted. Not at first though. Trust would be slow, helped greatly when it's revealed to them he's trying.

They also already know thanks to Canon he's the one who brought Canon Eclipse back, but they'd still ask him why, despite knowing the answer

Killcode would also make him stand up, because by god he's sensing a potential dad-friend and he's not going to let Ruin get away with rebuilding Eclipse and not taking responsibility for him. Parenting an Eclipse is great and rewarding! You'll see! Ruin stop trying to run away and get back here! You may be fast but I'm faster!

Sun and Moon would at times be the bad cop and the good cop with him. They would be the ones monitoring most of his interactions with the 'kids', because KC is too busy trying to get him to be the dad that stepped up if Canon KC didn't. They also just want to see that shitshow go down while eating popcorn. Also they're amused by the whole nice and mean one act. They deserve to do a bit of evil as a treat 💅

Bloodmoon would threaten eating him. They might even chomp down on him sometimes to prove they're 'serious'. They aren't, but they greatly enjoy bullying the funny accentman. He's amusing and gratifyingly expressive.

Solar Flare is just silently staring at him, making him uncomfortable. It's their way of trying to bond with a stranger. They're testing the waters.

Lunar would demand uppies after he got to know Ruin a bit more, to see if he gives great uppies. Being a daycare attendant, he probably does, so that's satisfying. After that the next test is playing a game together.

And the accent is just something everyone's trying to figure out the logistics behind. Like what do you mean two USA accents made a British one somehow?? If Moon's going to cut him open for something, it's that.

Eclipse secretely really likes it though, cuz it makes him more soft-spoken and he prefers that over loudness. And he has more than enough loud people in his life
