It'd been days and days of snow, and it didn't look like it was letting up any time soon.

Snowflakes spun as they fell from the sky, filling the air with a delightful chill and blanketing the surrounding trees in white. In the few and far between houses, smoke billowed from chimneys, fireplaces lit to escape the nip of frost. It was a day Fox could never really complain about.

No, he couldn't complain when there was mounds of snow to jump into, frosted trees to climb, and friends to pelt with more snowballs than you could count. One of those days when your nose got flushed and red from the cold. When you ran back home and warmed up with company. And it'd been three days like that now. Happy, cozy, comforting.

He didn't have a thing to worry about. Not weapons, or war, or big problems he had no way to handle. Not issues bigger than a child should have. Not even the threat of frostbite! That's what all the extra fluff was for anyways! He was practically built for days like this.

And hopefully there'd be more and more snow days waiting for him. Lovely, perfect, worry free days, just like these.
