So..my bestie commissioned me to make him this awesome masterpiece of a redraw. (They edited a few things since I didn’t add much originally so it’s kind of a collab? Idk he paid me for it.)

I watched The Exorcist 1973 for the first time on Halloween night. Although it wasn't really my thing, I realised it's actually pretty similar to the climax and ending of Fazbear Frights.

The climax revolves around two characters (Everette Larson & Jake (the Stitchwraith)/Lankester Merrin & Damien Karras) entering the house of a parent (Dr. Talbert/Chris MacNeil) and having to defeat the demonic presence within their daughter ('Renelle Talbert' inhabited by the shadow, albeit it's an entity pretending to be Renelle/Regan MacNeil inhabited by Pazuzu)

The possessed daughter is laying down on something ('Renelle' on a table/Regan on her bed) and a strange fluid is coming out of her body as sort of an attack against the other characters (dark Remnant coming out of 'Renelle'/green slime coming out of Regan)

After one of the protagonists is incapacitated (Larson passes out/Merrin has a heart attack), the other protagonist has to defeat the demonic presence by allowing it to enter their body (Jake absorbs the shadow into himself in order to seal it inside a memory/Karras allows Pazuzu to leave Regan and enter his body before jumping to his death)

Some time later after the parent has reconciled with their daughter (Jake reunites Talbert with the real Renelle/Chris and Regan reunite), the parent gives one of the characters a silver medallion that was relevant to the climax and he's left to ponder it on the sidewalk (Talbert gives Renelle's heart pendant to Larson/Chris gives Karras' Saint Joseph medallion to Joseph Dyer (although in the Director's Cut which I watched Dyer gives it back))

I just thought those were interesting parallels. There could be more.

Off the Wall! Magical! by Junie & TheHutFriends! Their musical style encompasses the sense of "lost innocence" I associate with FNAF, and Off the Wall! Magical! and I Wanna Tell You a Secret both remind me of Cassie's plight in Ruin, but I Wanna Tell You a Secret doesn't really work from Cassie's perspective, so I went with Off the Wall! Magical! because I preferred the idea of one that kinda gave Cassie a voice as opposed to speaking to or for her.

I feel like Everett Larson (Fazbear Frights) would be in the spdr-tronic au so here's a sketch of his design! In this he's the newest detective in the hpd, partnered with clay. He's also significantly younger than he is in frights bc of the time setting (I couldn't figure out when the stitchwraith stingers are set? but I saw a few say 2010s) and he isn't married to angela, in fact he hasn't met her yet and is dating another woman.

I should also mention I haven't read frights so all I know about him is from the fnaf wiki and things my brother has told me (we own the first four books, but I haven't gotten to them since I'm still reading the twisted ones). If someone knows more about frights I'd love to hear more about some notable characters and which ones would be cool in the au!! I have no idea who the villains are gonna be besides william so yeah it'd be cool

I come bearing a group of FNaF characters that aren't plural-coded in canon, but were made so through the fandom.

So many characters have been associated with Golden Freddy, either canonically or just because people can (Cassidy canonically possesses him in the games, the crying child is bitten by Fredbear in the FNaF 4 minigames, Andrew from the epilogue Stitchwraith Stingers is as angry as Cass, Kelsey and Devon from The New Kid have a not-so-great experience him, Michael Brooks canonically possesses him in the novels, Garrett can be assumed to possess him in the movie(s), Abby from the movie(s) is kidnapped by him) that people just kind of threw away the "the books, games, and movies are different universes" thing and decided that the yellow robot bear deserves to suffer the wrath of six or more dead kids in his head.

FNAF fandom is just like "if it's not plural, we'll make it plural!" And I'm 100% on board with that! 👍😁

Eleanor is the main antagonist of the Fazbear Frights series, who became a bit of a meme in the FNAF community.

She's pretty complicated but the gist of it is that the lingering Agony from Afton's murders basically came together and formed into this chaotic black force that inflicts pain, perpetually growing and self-feeding on all the more Agony that it causes and assimilates. This evil force haunts many things surrounding Fazbear Entertainment, like some kind of curse.

Eleanor, a mannequin-type robot resembling Circus Baby, is one of the instances of this evil force, and the main face of it throughout the book series. She first appears as the antagonist of the story "To Be Beautiful", before making a return in the Stitchwraith stingers at the end of the later books. At the very end, the stuff I just explained is revealed, showing that she is the same evil force that was behind a lot of the other self-contained stories. Then she dies so hard that the book has to specify she is more than just dead. Last time we heard from her was in in Tales From The Pizzaplex, as the post-humous overarching antagonist of "Frailty", which is basically just "To Be Beautiful 2.0."

TL;DR: imagine if Circus Baby and Shadow Bonnie had a fucked up child and you basically got the idea.

No idea what that has to do with Mimic or how Anon came to that conclusion.

beginner fanfic writer, ive written afew things in the past but theyre very horrible and ive had interest in trying to learn towrite for a while now, so im hoping i can make it a permanent hobby of mine

the reason im putting this on a sideblog and not my main is that i have this werid fear where my mutuals will judge me if i try something new and it isnt good at all, bad habit i need to brush off some time, dunno how active ill be but ill try my best

im mainly interested in: -female characters -femslash -unpopular characters -rarepairs so thats what ill be predominantly writing

things i need to work on: dialouge, keeping character quirks in check, formatting, thinking of plots better, trying to not repeat words often

im mostly a one-shot type of person, maybe i could try multichapter one day but not today thats for sure lol
