Also to clarify shit: I don't have an E.D. I eat big meals, I'm mostly sedentary as well so it's not like I'm ever like starving. It is a big dish tbf, but on the phone when I told him not to take it off I did explicitly say FOR ME, & I had literally explained WHY just me [A couple year ago I got this big meal of the same brand & was excited to eat it, but then my dad came & picked me up right as I was STARTING to eat w/ no phone call, no notice, etc on my birthday so I wasn't able to eat ANY of it so while they stopped making that one, I still really liked this one & I'm never able to get it so I decided to splurge a bit just this once][It is a bit expensive as well, but we had gotten enough fooe for everyone else to last the month so it's not like I was carelessly picking what I wanted & not caring about if there was enough money for everyone else]. Also I eat once a day because were poor & I'm routinely the last person w/ food by the end of the month [& in turn, they have food because I'm open to sharing my potatos, cheese, sandwich stuff, etc. Though they're lazy assholes so they hardly utilize my items because eFfOrT]

Ik this is the dumbest thing to be upset about & an incredibly privileged thing to be upset about, but still. This is why I didn't wanna fucking get it to share I would've taken it off if I had known.

1 tablespoon coconut oil

2 tbsp. white onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 1/2 cups fresh cauliflower florets

1/2 cup vegetable broth

1/2 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk, I use cashew or soy

2 tbsp vegan parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast

juice of 1/2 lemon

salt and pepper, to taste

Pasta

8 ounces fettuccine pasta, about 1 inch in diameter

1 tablespoon olive oil

pinch of salt

Toppings

1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced

vegan parmesan cheese

fresh lemon wedges
