Oh btw I drew all of these characters from memory with some intentional alterations... except the Keyblade... bcuz I forgot which Starlight upgrade some of the Dandelions used and only realized my mistake once I already coloured it... so have a weird mix of several I guess?

Got back on my bullshit with Ava > Grandmother > heart placed into > Kairi > Namine theory watching YouTube theories. Because if Roxas looks like Ven then why is Namine the only other nobody who looks different than her somebody 🙃

Kairi and Luxu!Xigbar for next gen foretellers! It'd be cool to see a new generation of Keyblade kids guided by our current cast. Luxu can have his spot back but upgraded from apprentice this time lol. Though I wonder by the end if they'll even need keyblades anymore. Will Heartless always be around?

If I wrote like. A fic involving the Foretellers just living in modern KH days, would people read it?

And I mean things like Hayner and Olette taking them shopping for ‘normal’ clothes. Aced learns what hoodies are and buys one with a custom bear-hood. Pence shows Gula and Ava how to use a phone. Ira and Invi discover pizza. The past is the same as it always was, but for now, in This brief respite, they can enjoy the wonders of the new world.

If anybody else has ideas let me know I’m so normal about these guys.

I think Xehanort’s mother being related to Skuld is a red herring. There are too many clues pointing toward Skuld being Subject X - the four friends and a key, “may my heart be my guiding key”, both Subject X and Skuld having dark hair, and Skuld’s clothing theme fitting with Lea and Isa’s. Not to mention her fate not being shown at the end of KHUX. Why would they make a point of hiding what happened to her if she just stayed in the past with Ephemer?

Note that we are never told that Skuld is an ancestor of Xehanort. Nomura just said that Xehanort’s mother is related to Skuld, and that Missing Link would explore bloodlines. That could mean anything. It doesn’t confirm that Skuld stayed in the past with Ephemer.

Also, who the heck is Subject X if it’s not Skuld? I mean, it can’t be Ava. I don’t even know why people think it could be Ava. It doesn’t fit the direction her character seems to be going in. It could be a Missing Link character, but it wouldn’t feel natural to me, not with how many clues are pointing toward it being Skuld.

So, I still think it’s Skuld. Nomura saying Skuld is related to Xehanort’s mother could be meant to mislead us into thinking that she stayed in the past so that we will be surprised when it turns out she really was thrown into the future.
