One of the parents on the unit described me as "that nurse with the eyeshadow and monster earrings" and I've never been more flattered to have someone totally forget my name I love this for me

I was flipping through QotD and it mentions that Maharet made a trip over to SF with Jesse, and I was like if she has time for that, then so does Daniel! Of course he'd want to show Armand his city and the place where the interview happened. I imagine it was one of the few places they hadn't been together, as I sort of think they probably avoided it before.

This fic also helped me discover the song "San Francisco" by The Mowgli's and it's just such a fun, happy song that feels very Euphoric New Vampire Daniel, so I had it on repeat while editing this.
