Hi! Is there any info regarding the Mein Teil Pet Shop Boys Remix video? And how the fandom reacted to it? 'Cause it seems to me that many people don't know or care about it. Giving the unseen footage and the content itself (especially of Till and Frau Schneider), I'm surprised that it isn't given a lot of attention. Even Eugenio Recuenco's MHB cut is given some love, but I have yet to see any for the Mein Teil Remix video. Thank you 😊

The video of 'Mein Teil Pet Shop Boys - there are no guitars in this remix' was uploaded in 2011 by apparently Zohan Bihac's YouTube account, adorned with the description "finally, after all these years, the time has come to show this... the real uncut LongDong version" 😄

It is mentioned here and there in the fandom, but not that often. I do get the impression that it's set up like a dream of Frau Schneider - in the beginning, she's sitting on a park bench and lets her mind wander 😌

The main part of the video, which is naturally very similar to the original video, is even darker and more sinister:

I have the impression that Olli is shown a lot more, and scenes have been utilised that are not shown in the original video:

Towards the end, Frau Schneider enjoys a tender moment with herself:

After a while, Frau Schneider wakes up from her reverie (perhaps representing her inner desires?) due to her puppies getting restless - time to bring some order into this misbehaving chaos 😤

Quite an interesting version of the video, which brings yet a different energy to the table - and a bit more Frau Schneider for us to marvel at 😌

When Paulchen fell off the bridge badly

I read about this moment and indeed it looked like not everything here was planned:

Paul hit Richard's keyboard with both his legs and landed probably really painfully on his back - he couldn't protect himself with his hands. Intetestingly, except for Richard nobody noticed a thing, but then again, they were probably too busy getting punishments from Frau. Frau herself kicked the poor Paulchen once again a little bit later (just to be sure, I guess), but she didn't do anything to Richard (maybe she saw he was concerned about something).

Richard was concerned but maybe also pissed - Paul could get hurt because of, allegedly, his own idea. That's only my impression but I imagine he might say to Paul: see, I told you this stupid trick wasn't safe!

Everybody's aware how dramatic Richard is, maybe Paulchen wanted to provide him with some extra stress during the show:D

Thankfully, soon Paul was ok though.

But even then Richard kept checking on him.

I'd say Richard since she never leashes him (she should) and only gently threatens him.

Olli too. She knows he's a good, obedient boy.

Well, interesting questions and thoughts 🤔 I always saw Flake as one of her favourites, he is very obedient and gets occasional love by Frau for being so calm and well-behaved 🙂‍↕️

Richard as a favourite...hm, I'm not sure. He provokes the poor Frau to the extreme, he’s definitely doing it on purpose - like a kid who rebels to get attention 😤👀 The typical "But I didn't do anything! 😏" kind of kid:

I mean, no wonder Frau sometimes just absolutely snaps, this one is a real rascal:

My little out there-theory: Her secret favourite is Till. Yes, she disciplines him quite a lot, sometimes even harder than the rest:

Yet I still have the feeling that it's more like a 'tough love' sort of relationship. She recognises his potential and loves him dearly, but she has to resort to drastic measures or finds no other way to keep him on track - like with a student, where you know exactly how capable and intelligent he is, yet you still have to step in repeatedly to prevent him from falling into chaos/standing in his own way. And in the end, I think she does appreciate him a lot and is proud of her Till 🤍

And I think it's clear who she barely tolerates:
