- very outgoing, but also very double face

- she will talk about you behind your back and then play buddy-buddy with you

- due to events in their third/senior year, they were held back

Menjadi istri (2)

Untuk membuka cerita pada post kali ini, kumau pasang satu ayat yang membekas banget di aku, dibacain sama murabbiku dulu. Membekas terutama bagian "lemah bertambah".

Dan Kami perintahkan kepada manusia (agar berbuat baik) kepada kedua orang tuanya. Ibunya telah mengandungnya dalam keadaan lemah yang bertambah-tambah, dan menyapihnya dalam usia dua tahun. Bersyukurlah kepadaKu dan kepada kedua orang tuamu. Hanya kepada Aku kembalimu. (QS. Luqman[31]: 14)

Ramadhan 1440 H, bulan puasa pertamaku bareng suami, kurang lebih 4,5 bulan setelah menikah. Udah jadwalnya dapet tapi belum, 2 harian, mungkin mundur aja karena hormon, kaya bulan Februari dan Maret sebelumnya. Daripada kecewa liat garis 1 gausah dulu deh. Simpanan tespeknya buat ntar aja kalau udah rada lama, 2 pekan mungkin? Setelah 1 pekan, temen semangat banget ngomporin buat tes. Besoknya diberaniin, hasilnya garis 2 samar dan perlahan menebal. Alhamdulillah.

Pas periksa ternyata belum keliatan si kantung, "baru penebalan dinding rahim dan gak nampaknya garis endometrium, bismillah ya kemungkinan jadi insyaAllah" kata dokter. Dokter Evi Arijanti, SpOg di Klinik Jasmine MQ Medika. Ramadhan pun dilalui dengan tidak berpuasa selama setengah bulan, sesuai anjuran dokter. Masih belum ada keluhan berarti sampai lebaran datang, solat ied di kampung mbahnya suami, ko tibatiba ada yang pengen dibatukin, mulailah morning sickness muncul. Sampai bulan ke 3 menuju 4 baru hilang.

Masuk trimester kedua membuat kegiatan sehari-hari makin nyaman dilewati. Gak sensitif bebauan lagi, makan makin enjoy, termasuk konsumsi multivitamin. Dokter Evi meresepkan 3 jenis yaitu vit. D, kombinasi multivitamin (merk berubahubah, kadang fol*m*l g*ni* kadang yang lain), dan obat pengencer darah asam aspilet (ini sampai bulan ke 6 saja). Pertambahan bb pun hanya tigakilo sampai bulan ke 6. Masuk bulan ke 7 barudeh naik sekilo per minggu sampai dengan bulan ke 9 baru melambat. Alhamdulillah kondisi semua baikbaik saja.

Mulai bulan ke 7 juga ikutan kelas prenatal yoga di klinik Jasmine MQ Medika tentunya, instrukturnya Ibu Erna Nena. Sebenernya aku tipe yang ga pegelpegel sama sekali waktu hamil, taapi berhubung bawaan makin gede, mulai bulan ini pinggangku protes, kaki juga sakit buat napak. Yoga sangat membantu sekali meregangkan badan agar tidak berasa jompo. Masuk bulan ke 8, kuputuskan untuk resign dari pekerjaan dan mulai pulang ke Jogja untuk persiapan kelahiran.

Selama di Jogja rutinitasku adalah bangun pagi, konsumsi zamzam dan kurma, lalu jalan kaki aka powerwalk, lanjut bantubantu kerjaan rumah dikit, lanjut istirahat/ bacabaca, lalu sore yoga, malam bacabaca/ nonton, lalu istirahat (sebelumnya minum zamzam lagi). Begitu saja terus berulang. Powerwalk tiap hari, kecuali lagi ada kendala tertentu misal pusing atau hujan atau ada acara. Selama minimal satu jam alias 6000 langkah kalau dihitung aplikasi s*ms*ng health. Di week mendekati HPL sempet naik jadi 12000 haha tapi mayoritas 6000. Yoga dipandu youtube dari berbagai channel dan paling sering dari channel instruktur yoga di Bandung, Bu Erna Nena. Kadang diselingi dari bidan Mila atau bidan Yessie sesuai mood.

Kontrol ke dokter per 2 pekan sekali kecuali mendekati HPL waktu itu sempet seminggu sekali. HPL pertengahan Januari, tapi belum ada tandatanda samsek. Kontraksi palsu udah ada sih sejak seminggu sebelum. Dan intensitas makin rapet lalu muncul flek H-3 lairan. H-2 malah sempet menghilang, dicek dalem belum ada bukaan sama posisi kepala bayi juga masih tinggi. Lalu mulai adekuat lagi J-18. J-12 masih berusaha powerwalk tapi ke pause kalau lagi muncul. J-3 udah gabisa apaapa haha udah gafokus dan minta ke rumahsakit. Lalu naik mobil ketuban pecah padahal perjalanan mayan jauh wkwk. Sesampainya setelah perjalanan 40menitan dicek di ruang bersalin udah buka 8, J-1 sebelum lairan. Nunggu dokter sambil nahan ngejan. Oiya di Jogja ke dokter Sulistiari Retnowati SpOg di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Pusat. Sejam kemudian lahir, alhamdulillah.

Perjuangan trimester empat pun dimulai. Masa nifas, jaitan perineum buanyak, kaki bengkak, perut melar yang kosong kembali, ngasih minum bayi per dua jam sekali. Sungguhsungguh masa yang tidak masuk imajinasiku sebelumnya. Sabar, doa dan bersyukur, kunci kewarasan, mengeluh juga boleh sesekali (:

Ada banyak pelajaran yang gabisa disebut satusatu disini. Part hidup satu ini jelas perlu doa sebanyakbanyaknya, persiapan dan dukungan sebaikbaiknya, ikhtiar dan pasrah yang seimbang ke yang Maha Menentukan.

Start a Startup

          This is my first blog for Week1 in Technopreneurship class. I started this journey with an inspirational quote from Phil Jackson, “The strength of the team is each individual member. The strength of each member is the team.” I want to make a project that can brings good output to the community. To fulfill it, I want to build a strong team. A team with hard work, dedication, commitment and faith.

          After giving us about the introduction of Technology Entrepreneurs by sir Mabulay, we were grouped by four.  It was hard to start. Since it was just a short period of time to choose our own team mates, there’s no need for me to list all the qualifications I need to get a reliable team. If I have to choose a reliable team, a mate that can be trusted, I prefer to be teamed up with my friends since I already know them for a long time. We got to know each other. We got to know our tendencies and personalities. I already know their strength and also their weaknesses for being together for almost four years. At the first night, I did some researched about my mates based on their result in Personality Test assigned by the instructor.

          Our second member is Frecil Jane S. Modesto. Base on her personality test result, she was known as “the nurturer”, she is kind and considerate, and has a great memory for detail. The third member was Mery Joy U. Gaputan, “the performer”, described as spontaneous, resourceful and outgoing. We lack one member at first since the other team were busy choosing their own group, until Kent John C. Cariaso approached us and asked to join our team. He is “the inspirer” in our team. He has a strong communication skills. Even disorganized, he needs an approval from others before doing something on his own. I was chosen as the team leader and I don’t know why, Hahaha :D. I just hope that I can give more strength in this team. Fighting!

          Our next stage it to plan. We decided to do some research and gather more ideas individually and we will share it to the team in our incoming first meeting. In my part, I gathered some ideas for our project and research about starting a startup in making entrepreneurship. It was hard to start but I believe we can achieve our goal as a team. Akas dan Screening Anemia Defisiensi Besi (ADB)

Anemia defisiensi besi (ADB) merupakan masalah nutrisi tersering pada anak terutama di negara sedang berkembang termasuk Indonesia. Angka kejadian ADB di Indonesia masih tinggi. Lebih jelasnya tentang ADB bisa baca di sini atau googling aja ya.

Saat Akas belum MPASI, saya ga gitu mikirin soal ADB ini, karena Akas masih minum ASI plus sufor. Sufor biasanya sudah difortifikasi dengan zat besi sehingga kandungan zat besi sufor lebih tinggi dibanding ASI. Soal penyerapan zat besi dari sufor wallahualam deh ya, ada yang bilang ga gitu diserap.

Di usia 6 bulan, Akas diresepkan Sangobion Baby oleh DSA tapi dosisnya dikurangi karena Akas juga masih minum sufor. Saya tanya minum suplemen besinya sampai kapan, katanya coba lihat dulu sebulan ini gimana karena pada awal MPASI biasanya anak masih agak susah makan, tapi kalau makannya bagus nanti bisa distop, kalau anjurannya sih justru sampai umur 2 tahun. 1 bulan MPASI, makan lancar, kenaikan BB bagus, kata DSA-nya ga perlu minum suplemen besi lagi.

Katanya WHO menganjurkan agar dilakukan screening ADB di usia 1 tahun. Saya tanya DSA saat Akas 1 tahun, kata DSA-nya melihat perkembangan Akas rasanya ga perlu. Memang sih saat itu kenaikan BB-nya bagus, makan juga alhamdulillah lancar terus, serta selalu 4★ dan bervariasi. Ditambah dengan screening ADB butuh biaya sekian ratus ribu jadi ya ga usah aja deh.

Sampai suatu hari Mbak Mayang posting bahwa anaknya kena ADB. Kaget donk saya, soalnya Mbak Mayang ini rajin bikin MPASI homemade dan sharing sampai jadi admin grup HHBF pula, BB anaknya tampak oke, lebih berat dari Akas pula walau beda umur cuma 12 hari sama Akas. Tapi katanya BB anaknya sempat ga naik selama 2 bulan. Saya jadi kuatir juga deh, kok tampaknya makan udah oke tetap ga menjamin bebas dari ADB. Apalagi BB Akas setelah 1 tahun sempat naik turun karena sakit.

Dari pada galau akhirnya saya putuskan untuk melakukan screening ADB pada Akas.

FAQ Screening ADB: Bagaimana, Di mana, Berapa?

Sebelum screening ADB, saya cari tau beberapa info dulu. Prosedurnya gimana, apakah mesti dengan rujukan dokter atau bisa langsung cek sendiri di lab. Idealnya sih memang konsultasi dulu ya sama dokter, trus diisikan dokter form apa saja yang mesti dicek, trus konsultasi lagi sama dokter tentang hasilnya. Tapi kan saya pengen memangkas biaya ke dokternya, mending ke dokter setelah udah ada hasilnya aja, hihi. Saya coba kirim message ke dr. Frecil via Facebook dan ternyata dibalas.

Q: Selamat siang dok. Mau nanya dok, kalau mau screening ADB apakah mesti dg pengantar dr dokter anak? Ataukah bisa dilakukan atas inisiatif sendiri (langsung ke lab) baru kemudian dikonsultasikan hasilnya dg dokter anak? Terima kasih sebelumnya dok :)

A: Siang, Mom..bisa koq lgs ke lab..bilang mau cek darah lengkap, apusan darah tepi & feritin.

Yo wes lah, langsung ke lab aja kalo begitu. Saya cuma kepikiran lab Prodia atau Pramita. Di mananya saya pilih yang biayanya lebih murah aja, hehe. Jadi saya survey biaya dulu.

Lab Prodia punya panel pemeriksaan anemia defisiensi. Biaya pemeriksaan lengkap sekitar Rp2juta kalau ga salah, itu diperiksa  vitamin B12 sama asam folat segala. Kemahalan buat saya kalau segitu, jadi saya survey biaya komponen yang disebutkan dr. Frecil aja. Hasil survey saya di Bandung saat itu, di Pramita lebih murah sekitar Rp100ribu dibanding Prodia, lupa persisnya berapa, heuheu.

Ok mari cuss ke Pramita. Tanggal 31 Desember 2016 saya bawa Akas ke lab Pramita di Jl. LL. RE. Martadinata. Saya bilang kalo saya mau screening ADB, mau cek darah lengkap, apusan darah tepi, sama ferritin. Darah lengkap sama apusan darah tepi kalau ga salah udah satu paket. Lalu saya ditanya apa mau cek serum iron juga. Saya ingat ada anak teman yang ADB karena serum iron-nya rendah, jadi sekalian juga deh saya cek. Berikut rincian biayanya.

Biaya screening ADB di Lab Pramita:

Paket Hapusan Darah: Rp263.000 Serum Iron: Rp152.000 Ferritin: Rp284.000

Total = Rp699.000

Prosedur pemeriksaannya cuma dilakukan pengambilan darah. Tapi karena darahnya diambil pakai jarum suntik, petugasnya minta Akas dipangku sama ayahnya sambil ditahan biar ga berontak.

Konsultasi Hasil Screening ADB Akas

Hasil pemeriksaan Akas bisa diambil tanggal 2 Januari 2017, tapi saya baru ambil keesokan harinya, sekalian sebelum konsul sama dr. Frecil. Alhamdulillah waktu itu dapat nomor antrean di tengah persaingan ketat antrean ke dr. Frecil via sms #halah. Pertama kali juga nih coba konsul sama dr. Frecil.

Saya lihat angka-angka hasil pemeriksaannya mayoritas normal alias masih dalam batas nilai rujukan. Hemoglobin (Hb) 11.1 dari nilai rujukan 10.5-13.5 g/dL. Ada 2 yang diberi tanda *, yakni RDW 15.4 (nilai rujukan 11.5-14.5%) dan Serum Iron 45 (nilai rujukan 50-120ug/dL). Trus ada keterangan:

Kesan → DD: tersangka Fe depletion, tersangka Hb pati.

Saran → Pemeriksaan: Hb elektroforesis.

Yang ini ga ngerti deh saya artinya apa, haha.

Setelah antre lama di RS Limijati dan Akasnya keburu bosan dan ngantuk, akhirnya kami dipanggil masuk. Saya langsung nanyain soal hasil screening. dr. Frecil melihat BB Akas OK dan saya dinilai concern banget sama anak karena screening ADB atas inisiatif sendiri, hihi.

Hasilnya, Akas tidak ADB, alhamdulillah, tapi memang cadangan besinya kurang dikit, terlihat dari hasil yang diberi tanda * tadi. Katanya ada beberapa tingkatan sampai anak dinilai ADB, saya ga nanya juga sih detailnya. Jadi Akas tetap diresepkan suplemen Sangobion Baby 1x1 mL/hari selama 1 bulan, diminum sebelum makan. Oia untuk minum suplemen besi jangan deketan apalagi barengan dengan minum susu ya, karena kalsium bisa menghambat penyerapan zat besinya.

Sekian pengalaman saya dengan screening ADB. Berdasarkan pengalaman, ada beberapa hal yang bisa saya catat:

Screening ADB bisa dilakukan atas inisiatif sendiri tanpa rekomendasi dari dokter. Silakan cek ke lab terdekat.

ADB tidak hanya dilihat dari kadar Hb darah saja. Hb normal belum tentu tidak ADB, karena ada komponen lain yang mesti dicek juga.

Makanan yang tinggi zat besi di antaranya daging dan hati ayam. Tapi perlu diperhatikan agar zat besinya terserap dengan baik. Misal hindari dulu memasak daging dengan susu/keju agar zat besinya terserap maksimal. Selain itu juga konsumsi zat-zat yang membantu meningkatkan penyerapan zat besi bila dikonsumsi bersamaan seperti vitamin C dan buah-buahan yang mengandung citrus.

Selalu pantau kurva pertumbuhan anak. Jika 2 bulan berturut-turut BB anak tidak naik, segera konsultasi dengan dokter, mungkin perlu dievaluasi lagi pola makannya, perlu screening ADB, dll. Jangan berpatokan pada anak aktif dan ceria aja ya.

Selain ADB, ada juga ISK (infeksi saluran kemih) dan TB (tuberkulosis/flek) sebagai faktor yang bisa menghambat pertumbuhan anak. Bisa saja tidak ada gejala, anak ga sakit dan masih aktif setiap harinya. Tapi jika ada ADB/ISK/TB sesungguhnya tubuhnya selalu berjuang untuk melawan kuman penyakit, sehingga BB-nya sulit naik. Jadi wajib ya untuk plot berat badan, tinggi badan, dan lingkar kepala ke kurva tiap bulannya.

Sampai sekarang saya belum pernah cek ADB lagi, ataupun ISK dan TB, karena sejauh ini kurva pertumbuhan Akas tampak masih baik.

         Our team which is composed of four members were assigned to do different task and responsibility. Kent John Cariaso (the hacker), is responsible in the product development. Mery Joy Gaputan (the hustler), is responsible for recruiting customers and early adopters. Frecil Jane Modesto (the hipster), yours truly, is responsible in getting feedback, testing and designing the product. Lastly, Pauline Sabuga-a (the leader), has the responsibility which is the combination of the three, she can be he hipster, the hustler and can be the hacker. Together, we really have to do our part and work as one by helping and supporting one another. 

          After testing the circuit on breadboard, we have observed that it could have complexity because using that circuit, there is a limited time which we could set in a particular electronic device. Although using the circuit which we have first chosen is a low cost type, we cannot fully assure that it is fully durable and functional. In relevant to this, one of our teammates which is our hacker, suggested of using a programmable type prototype and it was agreeable by all of us within our group. 

         In preparation for our pitch deck, we have already prepared the PowerPoint presentation in order for us to present our project in a proper and organize way. The presentation or the pitch deck content is composed of the problem we are going to solve, the solution to the problem, our product, target market, the competition, and also stating about our team members. 

          As what has Henry Ford ones say, Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.” For me it implies that the progress is that we keep one another within our group by respecting, accepting each others imperfectness and by learning from one another.Lastly, success is the fruit of teamwork, working and helping one another and having the determination, perseverance and courage in achieving success.

SOCKS AND BUSKINS: ENSTARS OCS UNIT!:

Okay, okay. So it's a three unit group that had theater motifs, each song is supposed to be a story and deal with comedy/tragedy (hence the name). The unit members are José Díaz(Silent King), Sierra Rivera (Double-faced Queen), and "Frecil" Frederico Rivera(Blind Jester).

I'm still trying to figure out the uniforms for the unit, but I'm thinking of basing it off the fairy court from Midsummer's night (Oberan, Tirana, and Puck) or something similar to that aspect. Keep switching between light greens/earth tones and more royal colors. All I know is that each unit member will have some motifs for their character that they play.

Each song is supposed to tell a story—first starting off with one of the characters (Jester, Queen, or King) setting the stage and telling the audience what they think is happening verus what's actually happening. Much like a musical or play. Each character has a different point of view of each event/past songs, and it changes from either tragic to comedic really quickly. I want to explore the relationship between tweaking a story/how comedy and tragedy are linked/etc. And how easy it is to change the perceptive.

Funny enough, all the idols in this unit are trans—I didn't realized this until a few weeks ago.

Also, disabled as well—José has a arm prosthetic and is selective mute while Frecil is legally blind. This does cause some issues with getting shows done, it just means that they have to do things a little differently. Something I'm willing to explore more.

Sierra has a hearing aid, but I need to do more research into hearing aids/hearing loss—so please be patient with me^^!

The Silent King and The Blind Jester are supposed to be semi-foils. The story of Socks and Buskins is still being fleshed out atm.

José is actually the writer for the story with Frecil being the co-writer. Frecil composes the music and Sierra does the choreography.

The unit was founded by both Frecil and José. Despite Frecil being very, very, experienced in the idol world—they gave the leadership/"King" position to José. Frecil acts more like a guide/mentor towards José and sometimes Sierra. Sierra and Frecil are recent step-siblings (both their mothers met due to the creation of the unit, yes its hell)

Aela "Cherry" Barbasdotter is their sole producer. She's been with the unit since near the start of its creation and damn, very very overprotective to the point that its suffocating.

Anyway, that's it so far~! I'm really excited to, well, get character sheets down for these guys~! I've been working on them for quite a while, and kinda just upped the silliness/antics a bit more due to the media being—well— Enstars. Also, I wanted to touch roots with my amateur theater kid sooo~!
