Dr. Who | Frontload | 20/06/14

This Doctor Who-inspired release - appropriately titled Dr. Who (although some fans may quibble about the abbreviation) - comes from electronic dance group Frontload, made up of three individually experienced club musicians from Vienna who formed the group just last year.

Frontload's remix of the classic theme tune brings it bang up to date with modern house beats and drops, whilst still managing to retain its iconic 80s vibe in the synths. The result is a track which manages to blend old and new as seamlessly as the series on which it's based, and is one which is definitely best experienced with the speakers turned up as high as you can (safely) take them!
