I spent too long agonising over the fact that sometimes I like use acrylic yarn when I crochet, that sometimes the other colours that match my vision are made of plastic, that my art form is sometimes plastic, that even though I love it now it may not be appreciated by someone else once I’m gone, that it’s going to fray, my stitches may come loose and it will fall apart and it might end up in landfill.

I’ve convinced myself I’m the bad guy because I am human and at our core we want to create, while the elite cook the Earth at an accelerated rate because a ten minute car ride is too much for them. It makes you want to stop trying.

Hey just wondering why tf everyone on tik tok jumps to empathize and relate to celebrities so much it’s really unbelievable how you can scroll through that platform and see a post that’s like “down with the bourgeoisie” and then it’ll be like immediately followed up with a post like “Kim k is so brave for ____” and I just don’t know how people don’t understand that Kim K IS the bourgeoisie????
