An eyebrow carefully raises at the question. It was unexpected, coming from the man who kept to himself a lot while his...companion...did most of the talking. Which made her all the more curious.

Two ice cold eyes narrowed, hands placed upon each hip a mixture of warmth && cold as flesh and metal were wrapped each each hip, staring at him, silently, but also with a face of judgement. Why? It was his damn fault. Not bucky's, but Eddie's. Well, technically it could be considered Bucky's fault, but given Bucky is an geriatric super soldier who barely knows how to work google let alone technology, he is going to blame Eddie for the set back, that was technology based, given eddie put bucky in charge of the entire technology side of things.

Who even does that?

A huff of annoyance, a deep sigh, rolling his eyes, his jaw clenching, he looked away, briefly pausing before turning back. Hands dropping from his hips, && he raised one gloved hand and pointed at Eddie.

"Well to my knowledge, that setback was, drum roll please...Your fault. Who even trusts a guy with brain frazzled problems, who is over a hundred years old to hack into servers? You did. You trusted me. No no, hold on, let me run this. You told me 'no bucky, you will be fine, everything will be FINE' And guess what? What I told you, what I warned you, came true. Being kissed by Venom is a strange experience, it's more tongue on his flesh than anything considering Venom doesn't really have lips. His head jerks slightly because the feeling of a tongue on skin is a little ticklish.

Until Eddie gets used to it and he finds himself laughing softly, reaching up to pat Venom affectionately on the head before turning to place his lips against the top of Venom's head as well. "What's gotten into you, hm?"

Ice blue eyes stared, blinking slowly. A mask of confusion on his face, but not a normal confusion, irritated. Irritated from the question, irritated from the... What even was it? Now. Bucky is a man who has seen many things in life, had many experiences, many weird encounters.. But...This.

Exhaling heavily, his chest slowly deflating, he gave a curt nod off his head, one gloved hand on his hip as the other stroked at the short stubble on his chin brushing down his neck in one smooth stroke. A conscious move, an anxious move, one to show he was thinking as he gave a brief glance around, then his ice blue gaze landed upon the other once more, whilst thinking - i should have asked for that god damn pay raise when Stark mentioned it. Clearing his throat, he agreed. Of course he would agree - he was no Jeffrey Dahmner.

"Well, you're right about that. We absolutely DO NOT need to start eating each other. Under NO circumstances do we ever eat each other. Got that? Okay. Good. At least.... At least you know what so I will give you credit for that. But on the other hand, on another thought and mind... What the hell are you?"

Well, that's surprising. Eddie is so used to his other half scolding him for feeling certain emotions that this is unexpected. Pleasant but unexpected. Maybe Venom really is starting to get ahold of the human thing?

"I'm not crying, love." It's true, he's not, but there is a sadness lingering there that Venom must have picked up on. "Maybe a little sad but I'm not crying."

Small smile works its way onto Eddie's face, "But, it's good to hear that you're starting to understand how emotions work."

Usually you find ugly carpets and bed bug warnings, you know, the usual. But the boredom has worn you down.
