They put something in Pacific Rim that makes it grow on your brain like a beautiful luminescent hive-minded fungus you can't stop thinking about even if you didn't really like the movie itself that much, and that something is Charlie Day

hi so i made my own the electric state oc :)

his name is Rep Rowan (“Rep” short for reporter), he’s a reporter/interviewer/camera man for the CNN network

he was built around the launch of CNN (1980s), as promotion for the channel, as well as easy workforce lol

he’s built by the same company as i’d imagine Perplexo was built by (i based Rowan’s design heavily off Perplexo’s 💀 what can i say, it’s a banger design). so ig they’re bros? lol idk Perplexo’s just cool, bummer he had to burn 💔

when he’s out interviewing people/being a camera man for a human reporter, his screen shows the news anchors instead so that the person in front of him can speak “directly” to them. 👍
