Chel continue sa carrière de DJ avec les Gorillaz, mais elle est dans le chagrin au sujet des Birdz, lorsque Fify retrouve ses quatre amis disparus. Top 5 OTPs (Shows, movies, books etc) and why. GO!

OH OKAY UM

The thing is that I rarely ship romantically. Like, at all. There's a small number of ships that I'll always ship (and/or have been for decades) and the rest is tiers of "yeah, that's nice" to "eh, apathetic" to notps. So... I guess?? In vaguely order of current rotation in my brain, kebab-style??

Pike Trickfoot/Scanlan Shorthalt (Critical Role, Vox Machina campaign/The Legend of Vox Machina) My heart, my soul, my liver. I love them with a determination inversely proportional to the small place they seem to have in the fandom. It's a relationship that evolves over time (slow burn? do you slow burn?) because the individuals evolve over time. Character development first, relationship development second! And there's hesitation, and Fucking Up, and so much love and hand-holding/taking before both seriously consider the other as a romantic partner/equal (as opposed to on a pedestal). Also they're pure chaos separately as well as together and I respect that.

Evelyn Carnahan/Rick O'Connell (The Mummy films) Speaking of chaos! And love! And respect and growth! I've loved them since 1999 and even more since 2001's The Mummy Returns gave us battle marrieds who support each other and clearly can't keep their hands off each other. They perfectly complement one another, they build up each other's strength, they have inside jokes, and they love one another so much they constantly annoy their brother(-in-law) and kid. Those films are my comfort food. Also very pretty and nice/fun to draw.

Reginald Jeeves/Bertram Wooster (P. G. Wodehouse's Jeeves short stories/Jeeves & Wooster) We're leaving canon and entering fanon and what a fanon, ladies and gentlefolk. Over 100 years old and in love with rapier wit, art deco, and smart men and their (not quite) idiots. The thing with this ship is that it should be entirely unbalanced: Bertie is Jeeves' employer and above him in social status. Bertie should have all the power, and Jeeves none. But Wodehouse excels at showing us how much that isn't true, because Jeeves is very, very smart, and Bertie, while the smartest of his social circle (...yes, really) and as pure of heart as he is dumb of ass, relies on him 100% (and is basically the Jack Black pointing meme. He loves his manservant SO MUCH). I love a loveable idiot with a dose of self-awareness and self-esteem issues and an unflappable brain going "...ah. yes. unfortunately that is my idiot."

Chel/Tulio/Miguel (The Road to El Dorado) Come on, I HAD to sneak in an OT3 :3 I shipped them before I even really knew what shipping was. I love me an OT3, and this is a perfect example. You start with a dreamer with Determination (all open heart and sunshine) and an insecure flamboyant conman who is very good at lying (especially to himself) who would die for each other a thousand times, and you add a jaded cynic stifled by her environment who sleeps with (and catches feelings for) one and gets on well with the other and BAM, perfect recipe! Because Tulio and Miguel are ride or die for each other and I don't see that changing with Chel in the picture! ANYWAY. Love them and only want good for them.

Scrooge McDuck/"Glittering" Goldie O'Gilt (Carl Barks and Don Rosa Disney Ducks comics) Ooooh them. I have a soft spot for asshole pairings, and they deliver. Reading The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck (and other comics) really bring into focus all the might have beens and the missed opportunities either by way of fate or one or both of them being dumbasses. They can't live with each other, they are 100% incompatible, but also they carry each other's heart and they will probably never love anyone else That way. Will they get a happy ending? I don't know! Do I want them to? I have no idea!! I just love them in a "Le Tourbillon" (the French song) way: people who find each other, lose sight of each other, find each other again, and the whole cycle starts once more. Sometimes it's not about having, it's about wanting and yearning and reminiscing <3

Hello there!

If you are reading this, it means that you made it through the year. So it's time for you to receive this corny (but sincere) message.

So here we are again. The end of another year. And once again I say, WHAT A YEAR! A lot of crazy stuff happened. I mean, lots of crazy stuff. Geez, can't we have a little break? Not even being chill for 6 months? Eh. The important thing is that you made it through.

As usual, I would like to wish my followers, mutuals and the ones I follow a Happy New Year. Think about all the things that happened to you. I hope you enjoyed the good things and learned from the bad. Remember all the people that you met and said goodbye to. And that everything that you wished came true. If not, I hope that happens, starting tomorrow.

Let me tell you something I already told last year, but I still think it’s important to remember, especially now.

I know that sometimes things can get really bad.  And I know that sometimes it is difficult to go on and believe that it will get better. But trust me, it will. Just keep up with the good work you are doing.  I’m sure that, whatever bad situation you’re going through, you will overcome it and become a stronger and better person. Be strong. You can do it. And if not, I sincerely hope you can recover and heal, someway. Now it’s the time for that.

So here’s to 2024. I wish all the best. Lots of love, health, new friendships, success and great accomplishments, new and exciting experiences to enjoy and learn from and that you can become what you wish to be.

Priya x Chelsea being friends headcanon??

Chelsea & Priya Friendship Headcanons

They definitely don't bond until after the Villa, as I can't really see them getting along if competition is involved.

Still, I think they will have an absolute blast at the after party, which makes Priya realise just how fun the bubbly blonde is.

Meanwhile, I think Chelsea was low key intimidated by Priya in the Villa? Like, she older and "wiser" and seems so put together (at least to Chels).

I definitely see them having the kind of friendship focused on going out clubbing and partying together, always having each other's backs.

They make a big deal out of getting ready together, with Chelsea making ridiculously strong G&Ts and Priya making sure they look absolutely amazing.

Sure, sometimes they even forget actually going out as they're having way too much fun with pre drinking, but it doesn't matter for them as long as they're having fun.

Chelsea and Priya also definitely travel together, and post about everything on social media. Do they somewhat enable each other? Sure. But sometimes you need a friend like that.

I can see them struggling when one or both get a partner though, as I think they both easily feel abandoned and overlooked. They'll forever have their party days though, and lots of memories ❤️

Hey, I hope you don't take this the wrong way, I love Zeglyth and I'm obsessed with their chemistry and while I'm not exactly fan of R@chel and J0sh's age gap I do think it's kinda extreme to expect him to grow resentful of his gfs success. Like I wouldn't wish that to happen to any couple especially for a woman to potentially receive that type of treatment from their (male) significant other. I know 98% of men are trash one way or another but tbh we literally know nothing about J0sh's personality and how they manage their relationship. As much as I like Zeglyth as a cinemartic duo and potential romantic pair, as long as R@chel is with J0sh I would hope she's treated with love and respect. I couldn't care less about J0sh but I do care abt R@chel's well being.

I would hope if R+J ever end things to be because they realize they have grown out each other, especially R@chel realizing that while J0sh is her first real love she needs to move on to greener pastures. She's so young and talented... I have a feeling things will eventually click for her. But I still don't want her to be abused/mistreated/have her heart broken by this man, if you know what I mean.

I’m not trying to be extreme with saying J could be resentful of R’s success. I’m saying it’s an unfortunately possibility. It happens often in Hollywood and life. There’s a tweet that went viral discussing this.

I don’t wish that on R at all. I hope she continues to have success and her bf supports her. I hope R and J break up because she naturally outgrows him and they remain on friendly terms. Like Andrew G and Emma S! Their relationship wasn’t problematic or anything but they dated very young and costarred in a popular franchise but they eventually just outgrew each other but are still friends despite her being married with a kid :)

“so, why did you choose everly?” he asked her while they stargazed away from their motley crew. “i heard it one day and i liked it” she confessed - her ‘mother’ found her in the depths of the jungle, alone and with no signs of anyone returning for her so she had no name to claim as her own. there was nothing in her past, nothing but the chantings and the smell of burning herbs, bloodied offerings and divine interpretations of the mundane: she was taken in by a bruja and taught that way of life. “you have to be good at something.” or so her mother had said and so that’s what she had become. the warnings of the future came naturally to her and what she once thought was an earthly gift, soon turned into the bloodline brandings of something otherworldly.

her skills weren’t something her captors were unfamiliar with and she soon found them to be the only thing keeping her safe from meeting an early end; bad people liked being safe by any means necessary, they’d leave no stone unturned, no life spared, no loose ends until they knew that even the divine held them in their grace. she learned how to lie and string the evil in their hearts along to a quiet song of contentment enough that she wouldn’t be harmed, almost like a snake charmer making the snake dance. she got good at surviving and followed noel’s footsteps wherever he went, they were inseparable until he decided he had enough; they planned and plotted until the promise of freedom rose with the sun along the horizon.

divination ; can see glimpses of someone’s future through mirrors: her preferred tool is a stained glass piece with a mirror in the center. she however can't see her own future. (a service she offers to the right people)

floods ; rather than a controlled ability, if she’s near bodies of water while in heavy distress, she can cause them to overflow.

rain ; she can sense when rain is coming, and summon it to an extent - often choosing to use it for her ‘readings’ into people’s future. sometimes when she’s feeling particularly sad, the sky matches her mood and rain faills while she cries.
