Who is your face claim for Maria?

Well of course one of my fc’s for María is the woman who played María herself lol I just really think she kinda captures that María feel okay?! Plus Catalina is just so adorable and her smile is just too cute.

But another big face claim I have for María is Camila Banus. She plays Gabriela Hernandez on Days of our Lives and I really feel that she kinda has that look to María as well, and she’s absolutely adorable as well and her outfits are literally always On Point and so cute. She wears so many colors and fits and she really just has that María feel. I could definitely see her playing María too. I think her character arc in the show kinda resembles María as well, when she first came on she was very innocent and just a kinda normal girl, she fell for a man named Will (son of the iconic Sami Brady) and even had a daughter with him but over time a lot of fucked up things were done to her (by white people literally) and so that kind of hardened her and whenever she tried to get back at them it always seemed to backfire and everyone blames her for every fucked up thing that happened to her and they literally treat her like shit for what she’s done but they never look at what they’ve done and what’s happened to her that made her that way, and made her hate them. Literally everyone she’s come for has come for her first or has done horrible things too but it seems that she’s the only one that ever faces any backlash. She also just recently lost her husband (Stefan, son of the iconic Stefano Dimera) who loved her, even after witnessing some of the things she did, even when she had done some wrong things to him, and him to her, they patched their turbulent history and he still loved her, he still wanted her but now that he’s gone she’s become even more ruthless, but I hear he may actually be coming back which I’m so ready for because she really needs someone.

But yeah! The character Camila plays sorta reminds me of María in a lot of ways (except María mostly succeeds in revenge lol) and that added onto the fact that Camila is like a perfect face claim for María just puts her at my top spot as a fc for María.

Gabi: Right. Okay. Well is there anything left because I have a lot to do.

Stefan: Yes. Yes of course, so let me just say I'm very excited that Gabi Chic is joining the Dimera family of companies.

Gabi: Yea don't get too excited, its not a done deal yet.
