ooh thanks for tagging me @gatsbygal I love seeing these kinds of posts!! so I had to use my desktop for part of this since idk if I have tumblr on my phone...last song was because I wanted to listen to that theme again and it was what came up when I tried finding the official version (I later went to youtube for the exact version) the pic is a hydrangea from our garden that my mom brought in to put in my room yesterday :) you can see the frog shirt I drew for her a long time ago in the background haha that flick fanart has been my background on my phone for a while now. Thank you! It’s one of my favorite S&G songs too, as you may have guessed. Lyrics from an evocative, moving love song about a fictional woman seemed like a solid choice for the blog where I put all of my feelings about fictional people in love.

I’m sore but no broken bones or anything. Dude wasn’t paying attention and ran through a crosswalk i happened to be crossing. Then proceeded to drive away after i confronted him. Called the cops and got his plate, so.... hopefully he’ll get fined for failure to remain at the scene or reckless driving or something.

i know there are winter leggings that are lined in fleece! it actually gets cold sometimes here in texas, sometimes getting as low as freezing with ice and sleet. i usually just wear a big hoodie/coat with jeans and sneakers with maybe a sweatshirt or sweater underneath.  also a nice pair of gloves or mittens that are waterproof or at least not a knit will be helpful. if you grasp a handrail or slip and catch yourself on the ground or touch anything cold and damp, it'll make your hands cold and ruin your whole warm outfit lol

to be fair, i had woods adventures too. you don’t grow up in the pacific nw without some woods adventures. my friend’s backyard was woods basically with a creek and blackberry bushes for days, and we’d pick them. i also remember my cousin taking me and my brother into the woods for a picnic one time. i don’t think we were ever more than a 10-minute walk from a house though lol

I think the deepest into the woods I ever went on my own was an hour long walk just to see how far I could go, but I spooked myself cause I thought I could hear something pulsing out there so I turned around and went home.

Pretty sure it was my own stupid heartbeat but HEY. 

But yeah. Woods adventures were great and I miss them. I live in the city now so.
