for the regular fiber supplements: if you think you actually need them and you’re not just trying to rewrite your body’s totally healthy functioning, we’re gonna get you an appointment with a gastroenterologist. we’re gonna demand with cameras in their face that they test your ESR, CRP, HLA-B27, celiac (both the antibodies and the genetic markers), and fecal calprotectin. we’re gonna figure out what’s up and weigh what lifestyle modifications you do and don’t want to make.

you and every potential sexual partner are gonna sit down and you’re gonna do two things:

watch a video on the digestive system and how nutrients need to be absorbed in the fucking intestines. it’s what they’re there for. you cannot rush everything out regularly and not suffer the consequences.

read Kirsty Liddiard and Jen Slater’s work on leaky bodies. if he wants to fuck you, he’s gonna need to supply a 500-word summary of how unrealistic standards for receptive partners of anal sex under the pretense of “hygiene” enforces mechanisms of state control against disabled and/or unhoused people to uphold white supremacy.

1 - favorite fic you wrote this year

oof, this is a hard one; i think if i had to pick i'd say "when you were young", though tbh it might be very quickly beat out by the fic i'm hoping to get posted today or tomorrow. Still, that one was just a lot of fun to write and plan out, definitely therapeutic to work on! the scene that really got me to write it still grabs me by the throat every time i watch it

8 - shortest completed fic you wrote this year

shortest one i got done this year was "what a monstrous sight he makes, mocking man's best friend" lol, a john wick fic that beat out a bill and ted one by 20 words!

19 - any new fics to start next year?

i've got a couple of drafts i'm already working on that probably won't get done until sometime in january, one of which is the bill and ted autism diagnosis fic i started planning back in like, april lmao

i must say "jesus fuck i want my mouth around that scar" is a line that's been in my head for so long since i've read it. i hadn't fathomed that kind of wanting over my crip body before, reading it felt like a kiss mark right on a sealed letter and it opened it right up. i'll literally catch my surgery scar in the mirror now and smile over it. my bday (20s...wahoo) is coming soon and i must to pick an outfit to show it off, it's a nice scar, your poetry imbued it w/ absolute love. i don't get this feeling anywhere else but this community ♿💗 i hope all is so very well
