Some gems I've made recently :3 (i have two more I'm working on so i might update this post or post them separately)

I have a tendency to make versions of my favorite characters but in whatever universe I'm into at the moment lmao

1st: Sailor-Woo (my irl cat) but gem :3 (Lapis Lazuli)

me and my friends were talking about what gemstones our ocs would be, and naturally i started thinking about hnk so i gemified my ocs :) ren is a hematite because obviously. he has blood powers toshio is an antarcticite because. i associate him with cold things and hes born in the winter anyway so. eh? theres more to it than that i promise-

What inspired the barytes?

Funny enough, Barytes were created from this gem i made right here. His design was heavily inspired off of another character i already have and i basically said “Imma gemify you” and came up with this.

His design came out nice and actually became a favorite, so the species was basically me going “What if there were more of you?”

oooooh man dont test me!! i've been toying with the idea of divine phos for awhile, the things that stop me is for ✨my vision✨ i'd want to use fiber optic fabric which is very expensive, and making a full face shield mask isnt something i have a ton of experience with but i recently found a dome mask at a thriftstore sooooo maybe nows the time 👀

honestly i really love where its going, im not going to lie before this endgame/divine arc, i was getting to a "whats the point? this just seems like baseless suffering for no reason" place which I know is a major theme of the story but still it felt harder and harder to stay interested in constant agony. BUT then they introduced the little rock guy and im back on board 10/10 still my favorite series

Look Feonor figured out how to gemify holy light I think Celebrimbor can manage gems that keep things cold

I just think the Mirdain-i-Gwaith deserve to have academic flame wars debates with each other while enjoying nice sundaes
