Weird fusion idea I had, inspired by both what I know of Steven Universe and that one Phantom AU by Zillychu bc I fucking love it (hence the tail. Also bc I went with a dragon vibe because of that other creature AU by,, uh,, gemskull I think??) listen, I love beauty and the beast elements, ie humans in monster form/ monsters with human conscience)

Omg I just found out about your persona 4 shadow transformation au and I’m absolutely in love with it! I was already a fan of Gemskull’s tf art but the direction you’re going with the concept is something entirely new. Is it ok if I maybe write some fanfic of it? If you’re all right with it. Maybe an expansion of the scene where Souji finds Yosuke in the rain or when Souji goes to visit Adachi in jail and sees his transformation?

Thank you for your interest in "Gregory Horror Show Lost Qualia". Looks like Gregory Horror Show Lost Qualia 3.0 will be upon us, Now I do have a Wishlist of things i want for this new version. one of them would be the ability to freely earn gem skulls by replaying quests or at least have replayable event quests (like the first version of Lost qualia) so players can grind and earn rewards anytime they play them outside of limited time event quests and raid battles. Not everyone outside of japan is able to buy passes or even gem skulls packs and sometimes daily roulettes and watching ads for just 3 gemskulls, is not as fulfilling then earning them by replaying quests. Another thing i miss from the game that was also in the first version of lost qualia, is the stamina gacha card pack, where if you are very low on gemskulls, you can just sacrifice a small among of your stamina bar to get gacha cards even if its just one card.  Either way, look forward to this next installment  Gregory Horror Show Lost Qualia.

We have the chalcopyrite coyote, the opalite raccoon, the amethyst mink, and the copper muskrat. All skulls and gems are real, bonded together with paper clay and painted with acrylics

i like. adore designs that aren’t just “human upper half slapped on top of a fish body” - probably because one - i just feel like Explicitly Nonhuman Mermaids have more of an allure to them, being Strange And Unfamiliar, and two, i relate to them a lot more because I’m Trans And Dysphoric As Hell, so having my features be replaced with something that doesn’t conform to what a human should look like, let alone a woman? Nice. [I.E. this piece by Kelsi Jo Silva , this piece by JB Betz, this post by mermaidfight that i can’t get the OP for, this pic by gemskull (and gemskull deleted their blog)] ...basically if it’s not Like Ariel The Little Mermaid, i’m sold?kinda building off of that - mermaid behavior being Different from human behavior: huge mood!!! HUGE MOOD!!! because i like to be like “hey, as an autistic person, i can relate to not Behaving As Expected sdgsdjghg”

also. i completely understand why, when there’s depictions of people becoming mermaids, it’s the legs that merge together to become the tail, but me being me, i’ve thought extensively about why it should be the tailbone that becomes the tail and why the legs should be pelvic fins? there’s a really cute sequence Evion drew back in the day and this frame shows what i mean perfectly? 

(also as an aside: we need more Fish Person representation. at least imo.)

gemskull is always gonna leave an empty hole in my heart because they’re technically still around and their art is so good, but they’ve shed that aspect of themselves and, while i understand, it was also really cool finding tf/body horror stuff that wasn’t super-grotesque and wasn’t sexed-up
