Ok the thing in the final second of the fortune teller vid translates to:

HU'PH ZSAV RDVLU HNSS

The apostrophe in the first word is from a filled in dot that's not a part of the cipher- could be an apostrophe or - or something? unsure

But caesar (tried 2-8) and atbash aren't working

Vigenere tries: 'generation' 'gen' 'founder' 'zero' 'roads' 'fortune' 'teller'

Nothing so far- anyone got any ideas/news/help???

okay so this was all done with frequency analysis so take this with like 1 grain of salt. but the vowels should be good and so should a lot of the letters. i didnt include X, V, Q or Z because they arent in there in the passage and/or have their own symbols
