Basically, I wanted to ask what do you think it would be like for having an on-again, off-again, relationship with Rue? As she’s going to have that relationship. I was thinking like Rue would get jealous, they’d have arguments, but also, do you think I’m missing anything else? Thanks.

this is a really cool concept for an euphoria OC! i think for an on-and-off relationship with Rue, i think it would just be taking a huge toll on the OC and that most of the arguments would have to do with Rue's addiction. I think whatever relationship Rue has with anyone gets bumpy because of her addiction. So its kind of like what Jules went through.

OC would have to choose between saving her gf's life from downfall or leaving her for good to give her a wakeup call or just out of exhaustion, but then that would complicate her relationship with Fez/Ash cos Rue is still friends with them. Note before all of that, OC would be getting into complications and fights with Ash and Fez for stealing drugs from them to give to Rue cos she loves her. Rue doesn't mind at all that OC is best friends with Maddy, Cassie and Kat, however I like to imagine their constant toxicity breaks some of the friendship apart because OC would turn down hangouts to hang out, or even take care of Rue if she was high or manic. and I like the idea that Rue would get jealous of OC, but because she's almost like Jules and she's seen as perfect, a little too perfect that anyone like McKay would be suited for her and not Rue.

Apologies for my ask, it was just a thought but definitely not what would happen anyways as we obviously can’t tell what would happen so sorry if it upset you or wasted your time.
