Blu Christmas Holiday Movie Asplosion 2022! ⛄ Chapter 48: Miracle on 34th Street 🦌 Another undisputed classic, this is one of those ones that for any number of people is their number one (of course, every one of these is probably someone's number one, but this is probably a great many peoples'). As mentioned earlier in the marathon, I enjoyed the remake, but the original is leagues better. It's one of the best examples of sentimentalism through a film, without relying on being too overly sweet and saccharine to sustain it. And Edmund Gwenn is a superb Santa Claus. One of the best I've seen.
