This pizza is exactly what I “knead“ in my life right now 😉. Especially since it’s a frozen pizza from @spinatosfoods, so no kneading was necessary. 😂 And if you’ve never tried avocado on top of pizza, I 10/10 recommend! What my neighbors probably thought after spotting me photographing my Chipotle order: “You’ve guac to be kidding me.” 😅😂 In all seriousness, I photograph the bulk of my food in the shared outdoor areas of whatever apartment I’m living in, so I’ve gotten my fair share of odd looks. (And when I was photographing pancakes in my apartment parking lot, a stranger did thoughtfully ask if I was OK. 🙈) But when the lighting and your #glutenfreedinner looks this good...a girl’s gotta do what a girl’s gotta do, right? 😎 *NOTE: I’ve luckily always had good experiences at Chipotle, but the safety of eating gluten free there definitely varies by location. Last week I made it back home to the city in the nick of time for a last minute #indiancooking lesson from our friend @nehac_06 who is sadly moving to #toronto with her hubby this week. My favorite products

First: no one is paying me for my opinions. Period. I love these products because I love them. I am not being reimbursed for my opinions.

Second: if you don't agree with me, tough cookies. These are my opinions, and I stand by them.

So, here we go, in no particular order:

 - Annie's gf boxed mac and cheese. I love both the white and the yellow, but my kids refuse to eat the white. They also have "easy mac" style cups. Yum.

 - Nature's Eartly Choice Quinoa Pasta blend.  This pasta is, in my opinion, the most like "real" pasta out there. I love it. It doesn't get mushy or fall apart. My non-gf friends can't tell the difference.

 - Trader Joe's "oreos".  Yum.

 - Kinnikinnick "oreos". I like the trader joe ones more, but these are still pretty good.

 - Chex. I love that company. They now make oatmeal, too.

 - NoGii protein bars. They actually taste good, and don't have gluten!

 - Chebe boxed breads/mixes.  These are SO good. My favorite pizza crust.

 - Betty Crocker gf brownie mix. This is actually better than my own recipe (and my recipe is pretty good).

 - And last, but not least, I would be remiss if I didn't mention No Gluten, No Problem. They are my absolute favorite cookbook, and I use a variation on their flour recipe as my all-purpose flour. Love!
