Introducing,

Monster Thomas

A bit late to the party, but I wanted to make some monster engines of my own. :3

Monster engines idea from @ohjeeztrains , my style of monster engines inspired by @ghostbellies .

Thomas here is a good example of the monster steam engines, the Steamies are very fluffy and furry, especially the babies. It's their main way of keeping warm so their fire box stays lit for longer, as well as just a sort of body heat and keeping their eggs/babies warm, and older Steamies have thicker, tougher fur which acts as a sort of natural armor. Steamies also have long retractable claws, which they often use in fights and self defense, and can be used as tools as well.

Hope you enjoy, I enjoyed designing this boi, I'll probably do Gordon next, because bias. Aight, phone's dying, peace. ✌️✨

I have so many leftover layers of this guy’s different hairstyles it’s a blessing and curse that I managed to find ONE ONLY 😭😭😭

Anyhoo under all that festive fluff Theo is actually a mix between an inverted triangle and hourglass in terms of body type (With a lil belly he can’t get rid of, of course). He had to compensate somehow for that massive tender and sleek but bulky front. He owns so many diamond/pearl accessories that James could get jealous, and the fluffiest coat you’ve ever seen is casually on his shoulders. THIS IS STRICTLY A WINTER COUTURE, I’ll try to get his work outfit done soon.

The special belt sash thing that I totally didn’t make up is like a heritage piece for his class. Every Mikado has one, not all wear it.

Elf ears were inspired by @kingdicemrwheezyflowertor ‘s very adorable version of human Theo you can find here! And one of the sketches below features an unfinished @ghostbellies rook 💗

And these were his first concept sketches. Still haven’t settled on a permanent one yet and my art is having a stroke rn 😎

ITS FINALLY DONE!!

After 1-2 days of working on it; It is finally done! I finished it off while in a VC with a Friend so I am happy to have finished it!

I am tagging @ttte-tugscrowskullausmainblog and @ghostbellies because I have drawn their Gordon’s.

My opinion on GhostBellies’ Gordon: I love this chubby pile of anger. His love for Henry is too cute but his anger is the funny thing; Plus his obsession with food. I wonder how he would feel about having Brownies lol.

My Opinion on Crows’ Gordon: He is a chubby man who acts like he doesn’t care but secretly he cares. Again; The relationship he has with his Henry is too adorable and the fact Gordon is Chubby in their world too makes me happy.

I like both Gordon’s so much and I’m happy that I was able to draw both of them with my Gordon. (My Gordon is Short in comparison to them lol)
