Since Noah googled his mom, it wouldn't surprise me if Zara has done the same thing. She was pretty young so I doubt she remembers full details of 15x11 & left before the end of 15x23. Gil was old enough to know what happened.

As for Jesse, Billie and Nicky when they get older.....their relatives have big mouths. (Which is why Carisi is thinking about thinking away his kids' computers/smart technology)
