Norman Reedus is… Daryl Dixon. JR: What a ride it’s been. You started a journey with “The Walking Dead” and are now in “The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon”. anyway i think i dreamt the next Mascot Horror game
you're a kid who's dared to enter an old factory where it's said people died because of a ghost. of course you don't believe it, but after a few time in there the floor under your feet breaks, and you fall down
(mind you the breaking floor is random, it always happens after the first minute in there but never at the same place or time)
once down you discover there was another factory under the factory, one more similar to a labirynth, and from down below you can hear someone calling for help. from that point onwards you can decide to just leave (which gives you a fast ending where you just go home) or go deeper and lower each floor gives you a little "hint", like the character's thoughts. sometimes you get generic stuff like "wow it's creepy down here", or "i wonder what they used these machine for", but every few floors you'd head a heartbeat and the hint would change into a different font, asking who's there, that you should go back, that he's coming to get you, until you reach the 20th floor and the hint would be a full-screen message:
HIDE.
you'd start hearing a clock getting louder and louder, and you have half a minute to find a hiding spot. some places are more obvious, some others are more exposed, but the game would let you choose as you wish once the countdown is over, you'd see this ghost: they look like a long shadow, with the generic devil horns, and with a distorted face, as if it kept glitching out and changing. it would look around for a few seconds, and if you picked a good spot it would just leave, otherwise it would jumpscare the player and tell them to please look for a better one next time, and then leave if you pick a bad one or just can't find one again after that, he would grab you and very realistically open your stomach and rip off the stuff inside :)

I know what Lorenzo must be thinking: I'm crazy.
I saw it in his eyes when I first sought help to cover my tracks at the beginning of this year. I knew it was an impossible ask, to keep something so huge from our father, but I needed to leave Italy. I had spent too long there grieving for all the things I've lost. And I knew, deep down, that if I didn't leave then, I would've ended it all.
Italy no longer felt like home. It hadn't felt like one in a long time. It had become nothing more than an inescapable cage, a graveyard of nightmares on a loop.
I saw it in my brother's eyes again, the same "are you crazy?" look, when he came to my New York apartment days ago, breaking rules we've set in place, just to ensure I knew what I was doing.
I know he means well. I do. But this, on top of my overbearing father, is exactly why I couldn't take it anymore. The straw that broke the camel's back.
Because I do know what the hell I'm doing. And I'm not crazy for it.
Gio is my home, and I don't know how else to fucking explain it. I love him. I loved him then, I love him now, and I will always love him. Six years has not diminished any of it. If anything, time away has only intensified how strongly we feel for one another. Contrary to popular belief, Gio and I, we're so much bigger than a summer fling gone by. We are deeply entwined in each other's souls that no distance, time or death can keep us apart. A love like ours doesn't come very often, if at all. It's a love meant for the stars, so that our children and our children's children can look up one day and believe that standing by your love is the only way to stand.
And hell be damned if anyone tries to prove me wrong again.

JR: What a ride it’s been. You started a journey with “The Walking Dead” and are now in “The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon”. Could you ever have imagined it would be this great of a run?
NR: We aren’t done yet! I would never have imagined it would be the success it’s been, and the new show is another level completely we are all really proud of. I feel like this show and the continuation of this show has been such a blessing and such a rarity in this business that I am forever grateful to everyone involved.
JR:  Where does the new season of “Daryl Dixon” pick-up? What can we expect of Daryl and Carol?
NR: The new season of DARYL DIXON picks up with the continuation of our story in France with DARYL DIXON-THE BOOK OF CARYL and what it means to be family and what we are willing to fight for to keep it.
JR: What can you tell us about the universe expansion of Boondock Saints?
NR: The only thing I can tell you is we have a spectacular team with the continuation of this franchise. We have always had a lot of love from the fans of the brothers and both Sean and I are so ready!
JR: Looking back, are there any things you would have changed about your character Daryl? Would you have played him the same way if you had the chance to do it over again?
NR: I think I would have played it exactly the same way. I love the way Daryl has grown as a man and a person. To get to play a role that grows over time the way he has is challenging and totally satisfying all the same time
JR: Was there a particular year or storyline that you thought was exceptional?
NR: I loved the story line seasons 1-5 and the continuation with Melissa, and I feel like those early seasons again.
JR: When did Daryl peak, or did your performance of the character peak?
NR: I think he is still peaking in different ways at different times of both that first run and this new run. It is a reset where we are right now with a lot of heart. I think the show as a whole had those but the role is a constant full flow.
JR: What can you tell us about your new movie, “The Bikeriders”? How did this project come about?
NR: THE BIKERIDERS is based on a photography book from one of my favorite photographers Danny Lyon. Jeff Nichols is such an amazing storyteller and director, it’s really great to see what he and that insane cast has done. It was a real thrill to just be a part of it and watch it happen.
JR: Is there a filmmaker you have not worked with in your career and would like to work with and why?
NR: There are so many. Jim Jarmusch. I’ve always loved Denis Villeneuve. I really admire Yorgos Lanthimos. I mean I could go on and on.
JR: You’re an incredible photographer in your own right – and have had books published and exhibitions all over the world. How did you get into it?
NR: Thank you. I started in junior high school in a class and loved going into the darkroom and the smells and just kind of getting lost in all of that. I really got into it more once I started acting and traveling and seeing things I wouldn’t have gotten to see otherwise.
