How To Cook Like An Italian

Step One: Add Olive Oil. Do NOT stop adding Olive Oil.

Step Two: is it pasta? Put grated cheese on it. Parmigiano is great for almost everything but if you put it in Carbonara the ghost of Giulius Caesar will stab you.

DO NOT PUT CHEESE ON PASTA IF THERE'S SEAFOOD OR FISH IN IT.
