What about something like Christmas Carol AU?? even it's april‐‐‐ I know that at least one person did it, and maybe it sounds like a craziness, but hear me.

In the fic, Scrooge McDuck turns into the old miser he is when he lost the love of his life, his husband, Flintheart Glomgold. As his parents and sisters died early [Donald, Della and the cousins were raised by Quackmore (twins' dad), Lulubelle (Fethry's mom) and Grandma Duck], he gradually lost contact with his family, until the only thing that made him happy was Flinty.

When the kids grown up, they started to get closer to Scrooge, even with the warnings that Scrooge is a miser fool. Della died young (sorry) and her husband walked away from the family, leaving behind her three babies orphaned.

Flinty died 2 or 3 years before Della, and Scrooge was so away from his family, that took years to Scrooge really know about her.

In the actual days, Donald takes care of Huey, Dewey and Louie with his dad and Gladstone, Fethry lives with his mom and Grandma and Gus take care of the farm. All of them are close neighbors, what is helpful to them.

Quackmore, Lulubelle and Grandma doesn't likes Scrooge because they remember that he never was there when the family needed and he's too coarse, but they cannot impede the yonguers want to know about their uncle.

The first who met him was Donald, because he wanted to know more about his mother and his mother's family. Later was Gladstone, because he's rich, and sometimes Fethry because why not. The one who most visits him is Donald.

The movie is almost as the original Mickey Christmas Carol, but the ghosts are the died relatives. I'm thinking in his parents (Fergus and Downy) to be the past ghosts, his sisters (Matilda and Hortense) to be the present ghosts and Della to be the future ghost.

Gender Headcanon: cis man, though I do love the trans man Glomgold headcanon. I also can kinda see him using Xenogenders, though he’ll probably never know they exist.

A ship I have with said character: I ship him with Rockerduck. HEAR ME OUT!!!!! I like to think of it as, like, Rockerduck planning to pull a black widow on Glomgold. Marry him, get closer to him to put his guard down and kill him. And Glomgold plans to use him to make Goldie jealous. So they fake date but (eventually) get closer to each other!!! There’s a lot more to it (if you want to know more just send me an ask) but I don’t want to make this TOO long.

BROTP I have with said character: I like to think of him as a father figure to Lena!!!! I have a AU in the back of my mind where he adopts her instead of the Saberwings!! He probably wouldn’t be the best dad, but he’d TRY!!!

A NOTP I have with said character: …This is gonna be controversial, isn’t it? Scrooge, I can see it as a crush from Glomgold but I can’t see Scrooge crushing on him back. Scrooge probably sees him as a annoying little brother more then anything.

A random headcanon: He likes to sleep (when he does sleep) in a sleeping bag under his shark tank. He likes being near his babies!!

General Opinion over said character: I LOVE HIMMM!!! He’s the thing that got me into my DT17 hyperfixion!!! Silly lil man!!! He’s so stupid and funny but if you look between the lines he’s super complex and honestly, fascinating !! He’s basically become my comfort character!!!

Volleyball because that’s pretty much all you do during PE lessons in Polish schools. I also did climbing for a year or so, but I had to give it up because I didn’t have time for it. I might come back to it someday, who knows.

I try to refrain from using sarcasm when I am with people that either don’t get it or find it rude, but in general I usually do.

Things I Found Interesting In The DuckTales GuideBook: The Sequel

Here are some cut bits I found interesting in the DTG.

Honestly, it would’ve been such a cool twist to see Launchpad be a member of F.O.W.L! It was mentioned in the book that the reason Bradford hired him was because he thought LP’s tendency to crash could kill Scrooge. Dang, the number of fanfics that could’ve surfaced from this idea.

For all the Glomscrooge shippers out there, Rumble for Ragnarok was supposed to be a Scrooge and Glomgold centered episode. I feel like Glomgold’s wrestler name would be something like Fool’s Gold or Sharkbait lol.

Not sure if this is a joke or not? Me and @disneyboy53 were left confused on this ending note. Any speculations?

The letter is supposed to be the exact word-for-word note Donald sends Scrooge in the OG series when he meets HDL. Thought it was a nice callback!

Finally, one of my favorite cut bits: Dewey’s dance off with Don Karnage. Was I disappointed this didn’t make it in the full ep? Yes. But the crash was infinitely more funnier lmao.
