Notcha average nachos

Season four-friggin-teen!

Please excuse me for being late to start Good Mythical Morning season 14 with what hopefully is the first of many commentary post on the episodes. Due to an unnecessary diy accident to my dominant hand yesterday, I'll be using only nine of my fingers for a few days - and because my diy project involved removing my bathroom sink for a luxurious diy vanity, my home currently has no running water nor sink. I'm staying at my parents' house until I'm able to proceed with the installation of the new vanity - and things rarely go as planned in this house.

I made, once again, the mistake of watching GMM while hungry. It didn't help that my pizza was on it's way, when I saw the first plate of pancake nachos. The plate looked so tasty, and even induced an earnest comment from Rhett of wanting to kiss Josh - and this is only the first episode of the season!

All of the nacho plates were made with such pro chef touches, but the first one made me salivate, and even the ramen nachos looked delicious. I'm not sure about the Long Island nachos, though - with my usual reaction to alcohol, I would definately feel the buzz after one bite. But I almost want Rhett and Link to have an aperitif before every eating episode from now on - and just wait for the freudian fry daddy fried gum slips to come, while swallowing xylitol gum.

Since one of the happiest moments of my summer sas getting to pat farm animals, including a little piggy, I would have preferred a live pig on this episode, but at least we got to open the season with some barf-bucket action. I did draw my piggy on the meme at the end of the post, though.

This was a great episode to start the new season. The guys seemed happy, playful and well-rested, and seeing them giggle on a new episode was just what I ordered. Also getting sidetracked with the blue corn / purple carrot convo inn More, and the memories of their college years were welcome. I feel that this is going to be an awesome season, and I am absolutely thrilled to get back to my daily routine again.

P.S. I'm positively surprised to see some changes in the Wheel of Mythicality. Roast your cat was entertaining, and I saw at least Elevator pitch - whatever that is - and Sing your username, and my favourite wheel endings from the previous season are included. I feel that the wheel is slowly turning back to being more improvisation and less something else.

But now I'm ending this post, written with one finger instead of the usual ten. I still need to catch up with Earbiscuits, but at least I get this post out on a Monday (my time).
