Neil Newbon because his role as Astarion in Baldur's Gate 3 is SO Valfrey!! Hands down THE voice for them! They have gained a very masculine voice through training and MAN Astarion just has the perfect tone and attitude! The accent isn't quite there but Valfrey got more of a unique one having learned many languages at the same time.
