I was just enjoying a peaceful weekend when Mercedes decided to release this photo from Goodwood Festival of Speed.

And MY GOD did I become quite emotional.

You see, when I heard that both Seb and Mick will be at Goodwood this year, and after Mercedes announced that Mick will be wearing racing gear previously used by his dad, I wondered how Seb would react seeing Mick in Michael's gear – especially since Seb raced against Michael during the years when the helmet and overalls came to be.

Then I saw this photo of Seb, with a proud smile on his face, carefully checking the racing overalls that Mick was wearing. I feel like it brought back so many good memories, more so for Seb.

It definitely brought back many good memories for me, too.

I said on Twitter that I need a whole blogpost to summarize Goodwood Festival of Speed 2023 because it has been a rollercoaster of emotions for me, but clearly I have not done that blogpost yet. I don't have the words to summarize that right now.

However...

I just gotta SCREAM about this interaction between Seb and Mick because I've been waiting on this for DAYS, and now there are photos of the two of them at Goodwood!!

I wonder what Seb felt seeing Mick in Michael's racing helmet and overalls, especially since the early 2010s were Seb's dominant years with Red Bull while Michael made his return to F1 with Mercedes.
