 TW PARANOID AND ANXIOUS 

I drew this because I’m pretty paranoid with some stuff 

my head starts to create some events os saying things that I dont wanna hear or remember. I’m doing my finals and my mom is upseting me af because of my possible grades. i don’t wanna to bring details forward 

I’m done with the finals but my head is against me saying horrible things that make me feel sad and also more anxious. Sometime I have anxiety crises and for not have it i drew this to try to help me and and calm me down
