Come take a walk with me along the nearby trail! 🍁 🍃 Today is day 12 since I had my sigmoid vulvula surgery. I woke up with a migraine, and really wanted to stay in bed all day. But I know it helps to be able to get myself out of bed, put in some different clothes besides pajamas, brush my teeth, wash my face, and get in a short walk. So I forced myself to get up, and decided to walk a bit more than a few times up and down my front sidewalk. According to my Sweatcoin Apo, I walked about 1,600 steps. My youngest daughter @xdc_sunshine walked with me, which I am not ready to walk on my own quite yet. I almost felt like I could have gone farther, but could start to feel weakness snd some right low abdomen pain set in. I felt it a bit more as I got closer home, so was glad I turned to come back when we did. I’m proud of myself for pushing myself out of bed, and get my walk in, even with the pain and migraine! 💛 What do you think of these Autumn 🍂 colors going on? Don’t you just love this time of year? I love it! 🧡🍁🧡🍂 The wind was slightly blowing, but it made it feel nicer.
