Spike was popular bc he was the "pained white bad boy" that every white girl gets wet when thinking about redeeming... Like literally the whole criticism of "you need to have a partner not a child" 100% applies to Spike/Buffy and I HATED it with my whole heart. I never understood why people shipped that Wallmart bull when Bangel was Prada and Faith/Buffy was the fucking Luis Vuitton of ships.

Faith/Buffy was THE ship but Buffy/Angel was a fair equivalent. They loved each other and it was a “good” relationship...at least as much as the relationship between a Vampire and a human can be “good”. But of course they pair her with a garbage white man and the straight women start nutting for it. Straight people should be banned from shipping forever.

heya, about the covid scare... I know it's hard but try not to think too much about it. I've had countless patients who had covid and whose spouses/bf/gf didn't get it even though they changed nothing on their couple's routine (including sleeping on the same bed). If you're being strict with your quarentine, even with the electrician's issue you should be fine. It might be just rhinitis acting up because of the bad weather. Stay safe and hope you feel better soon

Clark came back in one of those crossover specials (I think in the supergirl episode) from the CW! Tom is a smart boi tho so he didn’t have a plot, it was just one quick cameo of him and Lois.

Thank’s for letting me know. A few people sent me links and Erica is just as bad as I remember and her and Tom still have zero chemistry. NOTP status still very much intact. If it’s not Clana I don’t want it. She was the one he married and had girls with. That’s the multiverse we should’ve visited lol

Ppl should be paying you for the free therapy although (no offense to ur bad advices gurl) I would recommend most of them to go to an actual specialist. Congrats on ur all ur good news, you seem like you deserve them! (Also ppl need to understand pandemic mental health 101: your life might be wholy affected by the crisis but it should NOT revolve around the crisis. can't 100% speak for the US curriculum but it's pretty unusual, for most medical schools in south america at least, to have first-day assignments (specially since there are quite a few lab classes on the first semester). The only thing I personally recall being asked to have in hand day 1 was my dissection kit for anatomy class (and we didn't even use it for like, a month). But then again, the US is a wird place so idk

Oooh I just watched marriage story as well! I was actually so surprised to like it so much? I didn’t think Driver and Johansson would work at all, but their chemstry is just... so on point for the purpose of the story. I’m still astonished by how beautiful and genuine it all was I was totally mot expecting that

Here's the thing......up until this moment I legit didn't even think Driver was a good actor. I actually thought he was mediocre at best. Then in this film he grabbed me by the collar and rung me alive with his performance. I mean....FUCKKKKKKKK...that scene in his LA apartment between the two of them???????? You know the one. The one that is the reason he's never getting his security deposit back lol. Yeah, that scene is a career altering moment for both of them but PARTICULARLY Driver. He *legitimately* has an "emotional rollercoaster" moment and he plays it as brilliantly as I've ever seen. But you can't talk about his brilliance in it without giving just as many props to Scarlett as well because you can never isolate an actor's brilliant moment unless it's a solo scene. There's no way an actor gets to that point if they're not getting something from their scene partner and Scarjo gave him SO MUCH to work with. It's fucking just...ugh.

The funniest thing is that I've never liked Baumbach's work either. I've always thought he was just another Overhyped White Male Director™️. I walked in fully expecting to think this movie was as bland as everything else he's ever done but WOOOOOOOOFFFFFFFF. Not the case. Not the case at all. It'll be fucking hilarious if this isn't the film he gets an Oscar nom for cuz its the only one he's ever deserved. Hands down you're going to see me seethe if this film doesn't get every damn nomination during awards season. Seethe.

I mean…from what I understand Octavia is some sort of quasi-commander-but-not-really-because-she-aint-a-nightblood. And Clarke raised that kid??? For six years??? Or course she has every right to call her “her child”. She’s basically Madi’s adoptive mom.
