Grief Brain

Today we were recording weather and I completely spaced out and gave no time cues . . we had to bust.  Brandon, our weather person, said he was wondering if his IFB quit . . . Nope . . I was just completely spaced out.  How long will I have grief brain?  It is a real thing!!

I had every intention to go to the gym today. I havent been able to read books for a few months (griefbrain thing happens EVERY time) and i recently forced myself to listen to a couple audiobooks... Absorbed roughly 30% of them. Could really not tell you what happebed in these novels
