Grounding
When you're feeling out of sorts, not yourself, and like your body is out of balance, find something that you like doing to help you feel more grounded, whatever works for you, like walking under the sun, feeling the air on your face, being out in nature, sitting under a tree or on the ground, digging your fingers into the earth gardening, leaning up on that tree, or breathing in its energy if you want to be a weirdo like me 😎. Ask it to help you release the stress or what have you, and release what you don't need, visualizing all that you don't need or what is not for your highest good, and visualize it leaving, letting it all go. Affirm, I am grounded. I am safe! Thank you, God. If you're quiet enough, in the stillness, you will feel the energy in your body. It will feel different for everyone, I think, like goosebumps or fibers on your skin or light pulsing in or heat in in your body. It's nothing to be scared of; you are safe. There are so many ways of grounding your energy. I'd like to know how you ground yourself. Always be in a state of gratitude in everything you do. Say thank you! More ways of grounding are soaking in a bath, taking a shower, swimming, or soaking your feet in Epsom salt.
