E' questo l'esito dei primi accertamenti dopo l'autopsia, disposta dalla procura della Repubblica di Latina ed eseguita a Roma, sul corpo del bracciante che si era ferito mentre lavorava a un macchinario, perdendo un braccio e lacerando anche entrambe le gambe. L'emorragia sarebbe dovuta alla recisione delle vene del braccio rimasto incastrato nel macchinario per stendere il velo di plastica nei solchi del terreno e dalle gambe dove il medico legale ha trovato profonde lacerazioni che hanno provocato un importante sanguinamento, rivelatosi fatale per il 31enne. Questo primo esito dell'esame autoptico, qualora sia confermato successivamente, sarebbe determinante per le responsabilità: il 31enne, con un intervento più, tempestivo, avrebbe potuto salvarsi. Such a person attains self-realization by seeking refuge at the lotus feet of the Lord through the Guru's guidance and by accepting His teachings his heart gets purified. (1) O my foolish mind! You should remember the Lord so that you can achieve the fulfillment of your desires and acquire whatever you have wished for. You could attain the nectar of the Lord's True Name through the Guru's Grace so that you could enjoy eternal bliss by partaking in the nectar of True Name and getting immersed in the Lord's devotion all the time. (Pause-1) The Guru-minded person, who serves the True Lord in the company of the Guru, becomes a valuable gem from an ordinary person. (becomes gold from the iron) Then he is worshipped by the world by being purified by True Name) into a personification of the Lord himself (like Paras) and those who serve him also get imbued with the love of the Lord. Such a (Gurmukh) Guru-minded person, guides others on the right path, by imparting to them the lessons of the True Name of the Lord. (2) None could become worthy of worship by others without the Guru's guidance but if someone makes an effort to give discourses to others by taking the job of a teacher without acquiring a True Name, then he cannot lead others on the right path. How could a blind person? a foolish and ignorant man, who does not follow the right path himself, lead others, and give guidance to them, for following the true path? (3) O Nanak! The Guru-minded person, who is favored with the Guru's Grace, attains the Guru, as without the Lord's Grace none could ever gain anything. In fact, the Lord Himself, through the Guru's guidance, enables His disciple to inculcate the Guru's Word (teachings) in his heart and thus bestows His favors and greatness on such a Guru-minded person.
