psych wants to check if it's not actually your bog-standard Clinical Depression™ and is in fact potentially a different mood disorder, like BPD II, in case I need something like a mood stabilizer or antipsychotic instead of SSRIs

#kite rambles #basically my heart rate was higher than usual today #and the way I get super fucking low in the spring even when I'm perfect about my meds #made her go HMMM maybe instead of adding more stimulating antidepressants we should look into that #back in uni my mom WAS actually worried at one point if I might be bipolar #anyway I got to do a liddol test on how often I experience the symptoms #guys I'm really bored right now so you get tmi about my mental health status 👍#I SHOULD be emailing my advisor about how I'm too anxious to contact anyone else for a learner group please accommodate me
