You know a fanfic that I am surprised no one else has written yet is one where Vanny comes back.

Like imagine a few weeks or so after the 3 star ending, the 3 of them are getting acclimated to each living in Vanessa's house or apartment. Ya boi Greg is finally used to the idea of having 2 caring adult like figures, Vanessa's nightmares are starting to not be as bad, and although Freddy's hrad was returned to the pizzaria, he is still able to communicate and walk around the apartment in the form of a large Lonely Freddy type toy that is connected to the Pizza plex with some super wifi.

Then it all goes wrong, one morning after waking up and eating breakfast Gregory gets up to wash his plate (or something), and that's when it happens. Vanessa suddenly doesn't feel... quite like herself. She feels...slower? At first she would probably dismiss it as her just being tired still. Then she feels herself getting up from her seat, and then reach for a knife that was left on the countertop ( she still has knifes, mostly for Greg to use to spread butter on toast and the like)

It is only when she hears a voice...HER voice that she connects the dots, Vanny is back . Now all she can do is watch as her worst nightmare, watching herself kill Gregory, a kid she has come to truly care about , comes true. Gregory, meanwhile, has just finished washing his plate and is about to head to his room and get ready for school when he turns and sees Vanessa blocking the way out of the small kitchen corridor. He is about to ask what she is doing when he notices the knife in her hand and her... eyes. Except that her eyes are now glowing a distinct purple instead of their normal green, ones he hasn't seen since . Calming green eyes that had reassured him after many a nightmare along with Freddy being himself. Gregory quickly comes to the same conclusion that the person in front of him is no longer the caring Vanessa.

Through all of this, Freddy was with Gregory near the sink talking about something random or making some dad joke (You are my Morbest friend, superstar!) He follows a similar thought process as above and also is unable to assist due to the toy he communicates through being made primarily of stuffing and a basic endoskeleton, thus lacking any defensive components to protect Gregory with.

Vanny raises her arm, Gregory is looking for a way out. He is also preparing for the possibility of being killed, and he doesn't want to give Vanny the satisfaction of being scared if that happens. Vanessa through all this is trying desperately to retake control all the while Vanny mocks her efforts, making sure that Vanessa won't be able to mentally look away from the death of her savior. Freddy is preparing to try and jump in front of Gregory at the last second to try and cushion the blow of the knife. Just before Vanny is able to deliver the killing blow, she dissappears. No warning at all, Freddy and Gregory watch as Vanessa's eyes flicker from purple back to green, drops the knife and collapses to the floor, hugs herself and sits in complete silence for a few seconds before bursting into hysterical tears.

Wow this got really long I apologize, I'm going to end it here. I can talk .keep about this Au of mine if yall want.

I like the idea of Gregory being protective of his guardian figure and Freddy being like a father figure.

An idea I expected to see was this, keep in mind this is three months after Vanessa is free. She’s still a little vulnerable, so Gregory and Freddy worry about strangers, besides Luis, popping up to see her and claiming to be “old friends.”

FNAF Prompt:

Luis decides to ask Gregory if it’s okay to date his adopted guardian, with Freddy in the back to keep Gregory from doing anything rash to him.

Gregory gives the Gremlin stare at Luis before threatening Luis with decommissioning/there’ll never find his body if he makes Vanessa cry or hurt her feelings. Walking off as a sign the discussion is finished.

Luis relaxes before Freddy gives him the overprotective papa bear talk, with implication of Monty needing a new anger outlet as his way of ensuring Luis has Vanessa best interest at heart.

Announcing... Phone Guy Month!

Hello? Hello, hello? Whelp. Looks like I'm declaring it; August is uhhhh…. Phone guy month.

You know, how Fazbear Entertainment has a policy where they'll wait 90 days or until the place has been cleaned before they report an employee as missing? 90 days is 3 months. August is 3 months before November, which is when FNAF 1 takes place. So what better month to dedicate to our favourite mentor than the month that he likely went missing. Dark, I know.

I was inspired by @halogenrobotics Vanweek and @puhpandas ggyweek, as well as my own midnight brain deciding that I'd bully my own Phone Guy during August for the exact reason above.

It's going to run from August 1st to August 31st, but I'll be honest, you can do this whenever the hell you want, don't let a silly timeframe panic you.

There are 31 different prompts, but you don't have to do all of them and you definitely don't have to do it on any specific day. The numbers are just an ID to separate one prompt from the next. Just pick and choose the prompts you like!

It's Phone Guy month but any of FNAF's human mentors are accepted, so Phone Guy, Phone Dude, and Tape Girl (Kim too, but she's generally considered one of the Phone Guys).

Announcing VanWeek2024!

EDIT 4: I will be accepting late submissions

EDIT 1: You CAN make something in advance and then release it on the proper day. In fact, I encourage this so that you don't feel pressured to try and make something on the day it should be submitted!

Edit 2: Movie Vanessa can also be used. Also, times are in EST, but late submissions are allowed.

Edit 3: The difference between the prompts on days 6 and 7 is this-

Day 6 is "the bad thing (getting possessed) still happened but there's a happy ending"

Day 7 is "the 'getting possessed' part never happened at all and life continued as normal for Vanessa"

I, @halogenrobotics, was inspired by the recent ggyweek created by @puhpandas and with their permission have decided to make my own character week for Vanessa/Vanny!

It is going to run from April 28th to May 5th!

The rules for this week are practically identical to ggyweek for the most part. There are 2 different prompts everyday, but you DO NOT have to do them both.

In fact, you DO NOT have to try and do a prompt everyday if you do not want to. If you want to make something for just 1 day, that is perfectly fine. Feel free to do whatever you would like with the prompts. The only thing each story needs to have is Vanessa/Vanny!

This week is meant to be a fun experience for all involved, which means that works should try not to include anything considered taboo. If your work includes any phobias or extreme gore, PLEASE be sure to tag appropriately.

You are also not restricted to doing just art or writing, other mediums are allowed.

When you do make something, be sure to include the day it is for as well as whether it's for the WORD or THEME in the tags or description. This will make archival and future viewing of these works easier.

Be sure to tag your work (if possible) with "VanWeek2024" and tag this account @vanweek2024

Also try not to release whatever you've made until the respective "day" (ie release a story made for day 4 on day 4, no later, no earlier)

Idk if you’ll see this but there are 2 tumblr users (called halogenrobotics and fnaf-is-awesome201/the embodiment of anxiety) who write amazingly well written fnaf stories that are both emotional and realistic, most of their stories are about Gregory and Vanessa and Freddy (it’s important to ad that some of their stories are before the ruin dlc, tales from the pizzaplex and help wanted 2).

Hey hey HEY! It is I, Derin the idea guy! I hope you have been well supernova.

It as been a long while since I last updated you and your friends here with my endeavors, and that is because admittedly not much has happened.

2 events have occurred that have spurred me to send this ask in

First, I went to a robot event around a month ago. I did... ok... I won my first 2 fights by KO, which was awesome. Then I lost my next 2, which was... not awesome.

Secondly, and more importantly, remember my famous idea list?

Well, I am currently working with someone to turn THE ENTIRE THING into a proper full-fledged fanfic. We've already published 5 chapters already, and I am incredibly proud of how it looks already.

We have a LOT in store for this thing, and really can't wait to see what people think of it.

Gregory as the Doomslayer against a Mimic-Malhare monstrosity. This hit me after I read an AO3 fic with Gregory stuck in a time loop. Basing this on a version of Gregory who’s done after reliving the same night of his life, saving Vanessa, freeing the other animatronics. Everyone has just reached their limit and hit the RAGE button on the Plex and Staff Bots, even the endos, leading to Malhare trying to end them.
