What do you get the man who has everything? You silently asked yourself that question, while gazing at Giorno as he caught up with the news on his phone while sipping on a pistachio latte. You unconsciously smiled as you admired him, in his most relaxed state, golden waves falling about his shoulders, dressed in comfy cashmere.

"I know what you're thinking about..."

"What?"

"It's written all over your face, amore, and I already told you, I have everything I could ever want already," Giorno had stood up from his spot at the table and joined you at the large bay window where you stood soaking up the mild spring sunshine.

"I just want things to be special..." mumbling into his chest, you reciprocated his hug before turning back to the garden.

"Who's to say they aren't already special?" His chin found the crook of your neck, and his arms tightened around your torso. No matter how many times he held you in this way, it always sent a pleasant shiver up your spine.

"You know what I mean, Gio," he smiled silently, enjoying the feeling of you in his arms. He teased you often because your annoyed expression was the cutest thing to him, but the way in which you doted on him meant more to him than he could properly express to you.

"It's beautiful, y'know," you piped up, catching sight of the tiny buds forming on the trees.

"You most certainly are,"

"Smooth," you giggled and continued, "I meant that it's so beautiful how you live up to your name..." Giorno remained silent, coaxing you to explain further.

"You can create life with your ability, and Spring is always associated with new life also, it's... poetic,"

"Ah, that name... you've been learning Japanese?"

"I have an app on my phone... it started off when I searched the meaning of Haruno and kinda snowballed from there... I'm sorry, I didnt-"

"Don't apologize amore, you're the only one allowed to call me by that name... it doesn't carry any negativity when coming from your lips..." Tears rimmed your eyes at the fragility of his voice at that moment, displaying a vulnerability that only you were privy to.

"You deserve the world," you said, your own voice, a quiet fractured whisper. Giorno looked at you with the most tender expression, one that would have forced those tears out of your eyes had you turned around to see it.

"I already have it, right here, in my arms, amore."
