🍬Haru’s wardrobe🍬

-she was an outlet for me, like i had a lot of fun finding outfits for haru😭

-this girl is not afraid of experiments, she’s really open for new styles

-she has the most vivid and diverse style among all the characters

-her outfits may seem a little bit weird, but you’ll still want to examine them

-has A TON of different accessories starting from plush bags and ending with colorful berets

-there are no clothes and accessories for her that she wouldn’t be able to stylize

-like you've definitely seen a piece of clothes that you really like, but you realize that it will be difficult to stylize it into everyday life, but haru will be able to do it, she will stylize it like a pro

-she’s absolutely fond of monochrome outfits and cardigans with voluminous embroidery

-plain t-shirt and jeans is never an option for her

Katekyo Hitman REBORN! Characters first to current looks

When I was young, there were things about KHR I could not accept. Now that I am older, I can make things right .. and i will not be stopped. w.i.p

This is a sequel to a comic i found in my 2017 sketchbook:

It's Sanremo's final, so.... Sanremo with 10th generation!!

Since they realised that Italy was going to be a thing in their lives, the girls set out to learn the language. And what better means for it than music? So, when they learned about the Festival of Italian Music, Kyoko, Haru, I-pin and Chrome made it their own thing.

They practically dont see the rest of the family and spend the nights dancing to the songs and commenting outfits and singers. The days are dedicated to gossip and following interviews and promos.

Tsuna, on the other hand, would actually like to watch it with Kyoko but she refuses to and tells him to gather his guardians if he wants company.

Too bad Gokudera is edgy and despises it by principle, Yamamoto doesn't really understand it, Ryohei is too hyper to watch TV and Hibari is always awol

Reborn asking to see Haru’s hand and, while confused, she holds it out to him, his small hand taking hers, a special grade sun ring sitting on his thumb because his fingers aren’t yet big enough to fit. His face is very serious, and Haru can’t help but think it’s so cute when his mouth twists like that with his thoughts, an expression that’s comical on a young boy’s face now that she’s a grown woman.

He traces her pointer finger, looks up into her face, and nods.

“Sorry to bother you. That’s all.”

Four days later a ring box is waiting for her on her dresser, along with a carefully wrapped package. Isabella, the head maid, must have put it there for her.

Inside the little satin box, black with a pale yellow ribbon tying it shut, is, of course, a ring.

A Lightning ring.

Inside the package is, of course, a box to use it with, and a note in handwriting that has always been too mature for the hand that penned it

Just in case

There’s no weapon in that box. But there is a cloak. A heavy one. A plain one. Hand stitching on the inside gives glimpses of flowers. Little weights sewn into the edges ensure a sudden gust wont blow it away from her body. Hairclips are attached inside, the kind that will slide into her hair and hold the hood in place.

Just in case

If something were to happen, if their home is no longer safe… She’s to put it on and run and not look back

Reborn takes care of those who, while able to care for themselves, he’d really, really, really prefer won’t have to

Something that’s sad to think about in regards to Haru is that back in the manga’s earlier chapters she was around the same level as Gokudera & Yamamoto in regards to her friendship with Tsuna.

She’d often show up along side them or even before them in whatever antics Reborn had planned for Tsuna that day, either helping Tsuna study or learn to swim, (try to figure out how to cover up a murder), or try to decide who was best fit to help take care of Lambo.

The Yamamoto, Tsuna, Gokudera trio would often feel like a squad/ quartet with Haru added into the mix however when the manga made its shift from gag manga to shonen Haru ended up kind of being phased out as she was regulated to not fighting & Amano even retconned that Haru had known about the Mafia since her introduction.

It’s kind of sad to think about that Haru’s friendship with Tsuna used to be on the level as Tsuna’s friendships with Yamamoto & Gokudera but then her position devolved into merely the secondary love interest role & she basically disappeared for the last two arcs of the manga. I think Haru deserved better.

Of course! I love this idea, it's a really fun one, and I hope you'll enjoy the headcanons I came up with! Thanks, as always, for sending this in!

Okay, but I really do love this question because, with the skills and interests she's presented with in canon, Haru being really into fashion and even becoming a designer herself makes a lot of sense.

I do see, even in canon, Haru being really into different types of fashion herself. I think, instead of Tsuna and the mafia really being a thing at all, Haru grew up and she got really into cosplay. She got really internet famous for it in her teen years, especially as she hand-made every cosplay piece she wore, except for the wigs. I'll admit, in the beginning, her pieces weren't always the best but her skills increased drastically throughout practice and time.

Because of the level of internet fame she did achieve, she started to make connections in the fashion field and she was able to monetize her skills to some extent. With both of those things combined, she was able to travel and I think her actual career in fashion started not as an actual designer but in her finding a position in the wardrobe and costuming department for a small studio.

I think her skills in that department not only caught the attention of studio higher ups but those in the field. She got promoted rather quickly and moved to more known studios. She works really hard and is insanely picky. If she can't find something already made that she feels fits a character, she makes it herself.

She really hit the big time on a couple of shows she worked on, one a historical drama where her hand-sewn and elaborate traditional garb had so many online posts about it and was featured in a couple magazines, but also her work on a teen drama, where her quirky outfits for one of the supporting characters had people online clamoring to know where they could buy the clothes the character was wearing. That ended up with her work being featured in a number of blogs and trending on social media.

Haru got approached by several celebrities with the request to become their personal stylist and she did do that for a couple of years, where her outfits got even more public attention.

Along the way, her quirky sense of style and avant-garde fashion caught the eye of many in the field and she also noticed just how many 'normal' people mentioned wishing they could have those sort of clothes in their closets.

It's because of the success she's had and all the hard work she's put in over the years that I do see her, mid-thirties, opening her own design house. She really is a hit during Fashion Week and again, has many celebrity fans who wear her work on the red carpet or at events. She's always one of the designers worn during the Met Gala and I think that's the area she really allows herself to go high-fashion and quirky and over the top.

However, I do see her running a design line, less pricey and more mainstream, though still colourful and fun and quirky. It's carried in a couple of chain department stores, sells really well, and is what's accessible to people off the street and while still a little expensive, she has a lot of hardcore fans because her clothes are well-made, wash and wear well, and have a very unique style.

She also pairs with a couple companies, including Irregular Choice because I feel that's a brand she loves personally, to do her own limited run of shoes and jewelry, maybe even making a few perfumes with a perfumery line.

I could even see her dabbling in creating make-up with a company, high shine glosses, quirky colour palettes, etc. The packaging itself would also be really colourful, almost Lisa Frank-esque, but all the products themselves are cruelty free, safe for all skin types, and she really does insist that they be the best quality they can be while still remaining affordable for most people, even if they are a little bit of a luxury splurge.

I think she would, if given the opportunity, also love to expand her design skills into home decor, things that are very much maximilistic in style.
