I haven't played Haunted Carousel in awhile and I forgot how much time you spend talking to people. It takes SEVEN different conversations to get through the first puzzle.

First you have to talk to Harlan to start the game.

Then you have to go to Joy to get the access card.

Then you have to go to Ingrid to get the card readers turned on and the repair instructions.

Then you have to go to Elliot to get the soldering iron.

Then you try to leave a note for Joy and have to talk to Miles.

Then back to Elliot for the soldering iron.

Then back to Harlan to get the power turned on.

And THEN you get to get into the roller coaster and nearly get killed.

I'm replaying CAR but the machine thing ate my fun pass. I still had credits on it, but it just disappeared from my inventory. I don't have the option to ask Harlan for another one. I've talked to everyone and done all the tasks I can, but I need the brass ring to continue the game. Is there something I have to do first or do I need to start all over?

sooo i used the cheat menu to turn on fast convo and it made elliot and harlan do that thing where you put your arms behind your back and push your chest out, and ingrid straight-up vanished
