while ill die on the hill that Lawrence becoming a disciple was the best decision for his character given Adam's death + what little we know about John and how he handles survivors that he was directly taking revenge on ("it can't be personal" shut the fuck up John *holding Amanda and Lawrence like Jake Gyllenhaal holds ferrets + shoving them in his face*), i will ALSO die on the hill that he's like. not directly to blame for what happened. like did he do awful things? is he the reason Lynn was chosen + inevitably died? yes. but we see that he's a fundamentally caring person (starting the survivor's group) through it all and like. He Was Brainwashed Into A Murder Cult And Made Physically Dependent On John Via A Prosthesis That Is Literally Just A Torture Device (when combined with his improperly-healed residual limb). while i love ghost!Adam content, like. not to be openly Adam Kinnie On Main but i wldn't HAUNT him. im haunting Mandy and John and DEFINITELY Hoffman (me n Eric are tag-teaming his ass) but Lawrence i am sitting gently on the edge of the bed and making sure his pillow is always cool.

ON “DAVEGATE”

Ohhhhhh BOY so I was behind on the Mando docuseries so I had been staying out of all the “Davegate” stuff cuz I didn’t know context or what exactly Filoni said and I just saw the second ep where he says the thing about the overarching theme of SW and....... ohhhhh boy, yeah, now I get why some people were like hmmmmmm about what he said 😂

Like uhhhhhh I’m very sorry mr. Dave I understand you have been working with SW for a Very long time and all, but how did you get “Anakin has daddy issues” as the theme of the prequels and Star Wars in general?!?!??

I mean, I’m just a humble fan, but I’ve never seen ANY portrayals of Anakin in SW media that imply he’s looking for a father or needs a father to make things better like? It never seemed to bother him, if anything, I feel like his past as a slave and working under Watto and dealing with the other adult racers and stuff makes him more disagreeable to the idea of a firm paternal authority figure telling him what to do. Like I agree with Dave that Qui Gon would have taken a more parental role with Anakin and that Obi Wan didn’t take a parental role at all, but I DEFINITELY don’t agree that it necessarily would have made things better or basically anything else on Dave’s (imho) ice-cold take on Obi Wan and how much he really cares

I mean, Anakin’s complicated relationship with authority in general is a whole ‘nother discussion on how while he simultaneously chafes against authority and is all about his own independence, but at the same time gravitates toward confident, intelligent, authoritative figures who he knows he can rely on to make difficult decisions and trusts to make the world make sense— or at least make sense the way he thinks it should be (and yes here I mean Obi Wan, Padmé, and Palpatine, in different ways). He’s a pleaser at heart, he wants to make the people he cares about happy with him because if he’s received validation from one he respects that means he’s done something Good because these authority figures he approves of are the examples of right and good in his world, so that means he’s fine to follow their direction because he trusts them.

Anakin did find a father figure in the prequels and as Dave said, it’s not Obi Wan (and that’s NOT a bad thing), the problem is it’s fucking Palpatine. Qui Gon was the wise, experienced older man who first saw potential in him and praised him. Yeah he might have started to see him as a father figure, maybe, we don’t have enough time. It’s enough for him to get to like the idea tho and start making a box in his head for “people who make the world make sense”= “people like Qui Gon”. Then, with Qui Gon dead, Anakin still has that now empty spot in his mind and immediately comes across another wise, experienced older man who first saw potential in him and praised him. Of course he’s gonna latch onto Palps as a new sort of father figure, because who else does he have? Obi Wan?

Nah, Obi Wan, he kinda recognizes as another who’s a little scared, a little lost, a little uncertain soul like himself. He’s gonna see Obi Wan as someone different because “you’re like me, you’re figuring this out as you go too”. Obi Wan doesnt become his father figure because right away there’s too much similarity between them, it puts them onto more of an equal level, they’re more a team figuring stuff out and rolling with the punches. He respects Obi Wan immensely and considers him another one of those people he would follow, but Obi Wan hasn’t gained his respect through insta-father impression, Obi Wan has gained his respect because Anakin has seen Obi Wan grow and mature along with his own apprenticeship, he’s watched Obi Wan be tested and prove himself time after time again. Anakin looks up to and respects Obi Wan and his authority because he knows Obi Wan, and knows just exactly how good he is. Obi Wan isn’t Anakin’s father. He’s his example, his challenge he’s always striving to meet, his hopeful equal, and arguably who he sees as his better half as much as he’s frustrated by him sometimes.

Anakin has plenty of authority figures in his life willing and offering to guide him, he doesn’t suffer from the lack of a father, and that’s not why he makes the choices he does. Anakin HAS a father figure throughout the prequels, that father figure just happens to be a fucking Sith Lord who guides him the wrong way.

If Qui Gon survived, I think Anakin would have turned out differently because Qui Gon would have filled that father figure role Palpatine had had, and that would have influenced him differently as well as the loss of Obi Wan as his Master would have. Does that make him “better” or less likely to fall? No, because Darth Sidious ABSOLUTELY would have still forced his way into Anakin’s life regardless. Anakin has a big heart, all it would take would be one time for Sheevy to make an impact on him and then suddenly Palps is right back corrupting him again, and I don’t think Qui Gon’s presence alone could stop it. In fact, it might make things worse as Obi Wan might not be as involved in Anakin’s life in this scenario, and Obi Wan played a HUGE role in keeping Anakin in the Light, or should I say making Anakin want to stay in the Light becaus HIS FALL WAS HIS OWN FUCKING CHOICE AND FAULT, NOT THE ORDER’S.

So yeah that was my spiel on Anakin tryna debunk the “daddy issues” theory, sorry Dave, I just can’t agree.

I don’t even have the energy to explain just why I’m like “uhhhhh nO?” about Dave’s take regarding the Jedi Order vs Qui Gon or his take on Obi Wan’s feelings regarding Anakin and why I highkey disagree, but other ppl have made better posts on that regardless lol

leo suns obvs have a reputation of being full of themselves but tbh they’re just self-aware. they’re rly hardworking and mostly motivated by the ppl around them - if they have a specific affection for someone / something they’re gonna do all they can for them / it. they can come across as kinda lazy at times (duh they’re lions) but once you get them going, they’re determined to keep going. they can be pretty traditional (as they’re a fixed sign) and are fiercely loyal when they form connections, so they’d rather work something through for a long while than give up and move on. and although they have that reputation for being overly confident n self absorbed they’re usually really humble and tend to blame themselves when things go wrong -- they’re pretty self conscious and self aware.

he has his sun (your ego / conscious mind) conducting mars (your passion / war / assertion) so he’s naturally vvv competitive which ppl tend to perceive as a positive trait as opposed to negative bc it feels sincere, enthusiastic, and unwavering. these ppl r usually rly into sports bc of their competitiveness and they have a lot of physical energy. but despite being as competitive as they are they despite unfair play and broken rules (leo suns r traditional like i said) - they’re able to control themselves n be fair and so they expect the same from everyone else

he also has his sun trine saturn (maturity / discipline) so it’s just natural for him to accept roles with a lot of responsibility and leadership. they have a lot of patience and self-discipline so usually take a ‘slow but sure’ approach to things. again reinforces a strong loyalty to those they care ab. they’re naturally trustworthy too and expect to be shown a lot of respect as they give themselves (and others) so they don't have time for ppl who don't show respect for others

capricorn moons feel an intense need to be constantly productive and have a deep desire to feel useful. they usually keep their emotions to themselves so they can come across as cold but knowing what they’re doing - usually perceived as steady and reliable. they look for safety and security in most things, and have a lot of respect for authority and tradition. they’re big planners and they’ll usually be thinking a good few steps ahead of everyone else. they have this image of being emotionless but they can have pretty bad mood swings lol and usually hide emotions behind sarcasm. they’re just v practical w a need to feel secure and respected.

ppl have been asking me my opinions on space channel 5 vr... and i guess since i bought a vr headset off craigslist just so i could play it and speedrun it before work the day it came out... i should talk abt it now... i dont rly think i’ll be able to separate it into ‘good’ and ‘bad’ things i think i’m just going to do a rambly stream of consciousness bc i have a headache... but i DO have good things to say abt this game... so st.... sta stay t tune d

right off the bat, the thing i appreciate most abt this game- i like that space channel 5 vr doesnt have cash grab vibes. i Do genuinely believe that they Wanted to make this game For the people who are still obsessed with it, and that they ultimately did what they set out to do when they intended to scale certain aspects of the series up conceptually to match the way the fandom perceives it nowadays. but like i’ve said before... i’m not going to Disagree with the very common conclusion that it Needed to be longer, or at Least more intricate plot-wise. one of my fun and fresh excuses for sc5vr being as short as it is is because you arent really supposed to be playing vr games for too long anyways, its really disorienting and kinda painful, but even that doesn’t account for why so much of the game that we got is a rehash of old settings, concepts, songs, and characters. [i dont even have a problem with reusing old songs, i just think the ones they chose ended up being misleading]

for example i think it makes sense that the first report is a remake of the first games first report on the surface, it’s meant to take you back to the way the first game felt and give you an idea of what it means that the games classic scenery can be rendered in actual high quality detail now [same with the recurrence of events like encountering the space pirates in the asteroid belt/the last battle against a villain being singing to it about what it’s done wrong], but i really thought, like, report 1 was going to end up being a simulated scenario for the benefit of lou and kee’s training... which i dont think ended up being the case??? i think they really did write ‘ok here you are in the first game’s setting again, fighting the old enemies again, because... :^) ok have fun playing report 2!’

and then whats report 2... you fight another old boss from the first game... but theres Still no clear villain or motivation for anything thats happening... and there wont be until like... basically the end of the game...

like, glitter is a really cute character, but its kind of underwhelming that shes just a random citizen who was kidnapped by an entity that we NEVER LEARN ANYTHING ABOUT... like part 1 was extremely notable for being about corporate greed and corruption, part 2 honestly wasnt that political in comparison but at least made you do a think wrt purge’s motivation and his methods, and this game just has a plot device that feels like it’ll do smth but then ends up not doing anything beyond what we already learned about it from the information on its character bio before the game was out. if it turns out that cell x is actually relevant again in a future entry in the franchise and they do have a more developed concept for what cell x Is in mind, i’ll do an entire backflip, but for now its just chalked up to being the result of More Space Hijinks that dont need to be explained

ESPECIALLY WITH ALL OF THE ALLUSIONS TO CELL X BEING AN ENTITY THAT FEEDS OFF OF DANCE ENERGY... it had me thinking that there would have to be some New Method of fighting it off that didn’t just lend it more power in the process, but nah apparently just tacking on the disclaimer ‘*this dance energy is not for glitter’ is enough to turn it from smth it can consume for power into big attacks you can use to kill it... like honestly it sounds like im asking for a lot from a game that has Never made too much sense, but considering that in part 2 they could add details like ‘oh didnt you know purge can open pocket dimensions? ulala is capable of manifesting tangible dance energy and the only other person who can do that is purge???’, its not like they havent come up with weird new shit for dance energy to do within the plot before. they just didnt do it in this game fsr

like did anyone else think that cell x/glitter was going to be the result of tossing purge out into deep space and him encountering the sc5 universe’s equivalent of an eldritch alien creature, smth more bestial than morolians?? even if purge wasnt part of it, when you say ‘uh oh, this guy Eats this society’s only source of energy!!!’ i expect the stakes to get HIGH, and i want the ramifications of it to be kinda STARTLING, because blank wanted money and purge wanted to ritualistically end the world but something this near to an ecological disaster that would force an entire paradigm shift hasn’t occurred yet in the series?? its totally new!!! there’s a lot they could do with this but OH DONT WORRY ABOUT IT EVERYONE ulala knows how to make dance energy kill cell x instead of feed it she’s got this we’re good no need to investigate more into all that

i can’t explain why the game is like this. and i dont expect grounding to address it in any meaningful way either. i’m sure they’re Aware of these complaints by now- the game reviewing community has Not been kind to sc5vr specifically due to all of these shortcomings [i didnt even touch on the issues with motion sensing and how many of the games mechanics were removed in favor of smth presumably easier to program yet much less satisfying, like Secret Moves just being mini quicktime events and Turning Your Ratings Into Stars just being replaced with the standard Three Strikes You’re Out method of scoring], but the pr team still seems very enthusiastic abt the game and is still promising dlc and potentially even more games in the series after this one- heres hoping that they’ll at least take these grievances to heart and consider making the experience not only more accessible [aka it will... go back to being a rhythm game with controller input.... and not... an exclusive vr experience...], but also as immersive and detailed as the old games, with less reused plot beats. i can let some of it off the hook in this game simply because i’m aware that it began its life as a tech demo that was only supposed to be that initial first report from the first game But Happening All Around You!, but i Really dont think they could get away with doing this little to expand upon the groundwork set by the first two games again. not with the way people remember part 2 being such a vast upgrade from part 1... the bar had been set so high that this just felt like a huge backslide into something even sillier and harder to take seriously than part 1 before we had any idea what kind of staying power the franchise would have as a hallmark of sega’s quirky antics. like... this game is what i think space channel 5 looks like to people who don’t understand the appeal of the first two games. and that scares me

but i guess for the most part, aside from wishing they had done more to revitalize the setting and the lore of the sc5 universe itself, im kind of glad it didnt do a lot to change the existing storylines the characters have kinda forged for themselves- here i was stressing out that they would pull out some plot development that would utterly and drastically change the way we talked abt the series for the rest of time, but so little happened and so little was added to the bank of sc5 lore that we can kind of all just carry on as usual and keep having the same headcanons we always had.

BUT!!! there ARE a lot of cute little details here and there that make the experience feel wholesome and like i said not an utter cashgrab- like so many of the character profiles referencing previous games [all of the references to npcs in this game being relatives of the npcs of the last games made me lose it] and how often ulala changes her expressions up and looks right at you and talks to you. the new music they wrote for the game also all slaps and everyones redesigns [if they got a redesign... rip pudding] are stunning

one of the most important things they did in this game was give a nice sort of Update to every character.... for example explaining that ulala isn’t a rookie reporter any more like she was in the first 2 games, that she’s moved up to being in charge of training new channel 5 reporters, and that while pudding is still somewhat stuck on her rivalry with ulala her career isn’t stagnant either, she was just cast in a romcom series as the lead... which is really nice considering how in the past she was portrayed as somewhat of a loser with almost no remaining fans left from her idol years

Always Look After You - Oneshot

(Freddie Mercury X Fem!Reader)

After an incident goes down with a pervy fan, the paparazzi do their best to attack you; Freddie doesn't take kindly to it (gifs not mine)

Genre: Hurt/Comfort

Warnings: Ppl being turds, verbal sexual harassment, unwanted touching, Freddie getting angry

*Can be read as OG Freddie, or BoRap Freddie. Reader is a member of the band

It was worse than all of you had thought; without fail, just like everything else the band did, word got out about an incident---a bad incident. Last week after a gig at the Rainbow Theater, things got messy between you and a male fan. Usually when exiting a venue, Queen would just beeline for the limo, climb in and drive off.

But that night had gone extremely well concerning a great show and a positive turnout so all of you agreed to show a bit more appreciation towards the adoring audience. Once exiting the place, the band branched out to the roped off areas where the people were cheering over the fact that Queen was only feet away from them. It was going nicely too; countless autographs were signed as well as fun, friendly conversations with them. Just like each member, you also had those rabid fans who loved you completely for your talent and good looks.

Being a humble girl, kind comments often made you blush a bit, but nevertheless, concert after concert, the work on those electric violin solos of yours were gaining more and more attention every time. About twenty minutes in, you found yourself kind of floating amongst the crowd, smiling obliviously at all the positive attention for you and the boys, but it wasn't long before a man had caught your attention. He waved a bit, calling your name happily. So you naturally gravitated towards him and said a hello.

"Hello sir." You smiled.

"Hi (Y/N), wow it's great to meet you."

He had been nervously holding out an autograph book, which you kindly took and began to write your signature.

"Oh thanks, you too. Did you enjoy the show tonight?"

"Sure did, it was the best! And your violin skills are getting better all the time."

What a sweet guy.

"I appreciate that but honestly I think it was John who stole the show tonight."

He leaned in closer

"Well, between me and you, you're always the one to steal the show."

"Aww, well just make sure Freddie doesn't hear you say that." Both of you chuckled at the thought of Freddie getting jealous.

Afterwards, you handed him his pen and book back, intending to walk around a bit more but was suddenly stopped by his grip on your wrist. Okay, okay, no big deal, right? He probably just wanted to say one more thing and had to get your attention.

"Was there something else?" You asked, getting a bit uncomfortable.

His whole disposition seemed to evolve right in front of you and It was a little scary actually; his initially kind eyes almost went from cheery to maybe a bit dark, dare you say, hungry? His voice morphed too as it slightly purred, making your body freeze since you'd never had to deal with something like this before.

"How do you feel about getting out of here with me? I know a great club around here that's even 'clothing optional'. Judging by the way you move up there in those tight clothes, you're probably dying to let that gorgeous skin breathe."

Holy crap, this could not be happening. By this point he was even caressing your forearm, creating even more fearful adrenaline inside you; his grip had gotten tighter too. This may have been inappropriate, but the last thing you wanted was for everyone around you to see this esteemed band member 'attack' a fan; not at least without attempt possibly everything before going into defense mode. Why try fight when you could try flight, correct? Trying to maintain your composure, you stopped trying to pull away for a minute.

"U-uh, well, sorry sir, but I have a boyfriend."

You tried to get away again, but his fingers locked around you harder, and slowly pulled you closer.

"You what?! Who is it?!" His voice getting rather grating.

"That's not your business!"

"Is it one of them? You one of their whores?" He asked, nodding towards Freddie, Roger, John and Brian, who at the moment were totally unaware of what was happening just yards away. One of them you were seeing, but a whole you were not. At the time, you and Freddie had become an item only a few weeks ago, and chose to wait before announcing, just to make sure it was going anywhere for real. Only the other boys of Queen knew of this arrangement.

"Let go!" You shrieked, dropping all concern over the fact you were surrounded by fans, enough was enough! When you tried to get away again, he yanked you to his side, trying to cop a kiss. But before he could even pin your arm down to your waist, you immediately used it clock him on the side of his face over and over until he let go, and for good measure, kicked your boot to his crotch, and you kicked hard too.

The commotion was still very chaotic and people all over were panicking since your scream had been a kind of blind curveball to those minding their own business. The boys caught on to the madness erupting around them and saw you jumping back from where you were. All they knew was that it seemed you were in potential danger, and without having to exchange glances or words, all four of them corralled around you protectively, begging to know what happened.

"Are you alright, (Y/N)?" John said, rubbing your shoulders.

You were still a little shaken.

"Y-yeah, I think so."

Brian and Roger quickly hugged you, trying to calm your obviously panicked vibe. But Freddie on the other hand, he marched right in front of you, with fear in his eyes.

"(Y/N) Darling, what happened? Are you hurt? Tell me!" He pleaded, cupping your face .

"That guy on the ground there; he...he grabbed me and he wanted me to go to a club with him. I tried to get away, but he wouldn't let go, so I hit him."

"He grabbed you?!" Rogee yelled.

"Did he hurt you?" Freddie repeated.

You held your arm up, showing them the slightly bloody nail scratches this perv left. It didn't hurt that much, but it left you scared for sure. No one had ever put their hands on you like that before. All of them gasped a bit at the minor injury. One of their own had been hurt, and that was not a light issue in the slightest. Especially not to Freddie, your very protective boyfriend. When he gawked at the wound, the shock from this began to turn to rage as he slowly turned and saw the culprit still trying to stand and recover from the nasty kick you gave him. The punches you landed may hurt, but it was nothing compared to the pain that the lead singer was about to inflict.

In the most unsubtle way, Freddie screamed and ran for the perv and tried to practically maul him right there, but the rest of the guys held him back; they didn't like you getting hurt either, but the last thing they needed was more physical violence going down right now.

"YOU PUT YOUR HANDS ON HER?! I'M GOING TO KILL YOU!"

One week later:

While you and the boys agreed to try to put that awful memory behind you, Freddie was still seething over the fact he didn't get to kick that guy's ass before being restrained. The press seemed to be quite hung up on it too, but the headlines didn't rule in your favorite at all. In fact, the victim in the scenario according to everyone else was that 'Poor man who just wanted to meet his favorite band'. No one knows how he did it, but in just seven short days, he had spread his version of the story all over the place and made it sound like it was you, the crazy hormonal female that went ape after he asked for an autograph.

Pictures in all the papers consisted of shots of you punching and throwing him to the ground in addition to Freddie lunging like a panther and screaming like a madman. Well he was mad--no, pissed that someone put his hands on you and for the most part, got away with it. The assault didn't stop there either. Queen was being sued all because you chose to defend yourself and it was an outrage.

To make things worse, a conference had been scheduled to talk about the new clothing line you and Freddie had collaborated on making, but with this under your belt, there's no way everyone there was gonna want to hear about yours and his original clothes. As you all anxiously stood in your green room, the pacing tension only seemed to increase. Freddie noticed your nervous self sitting depressed on the couch, and held you close to him, his lips lovingly pressed against your head.

He knew how scared you were and that you felt as if your career with Queen would be over. You didn't have to say it, but with him knowing you so well, he already figured you had considered leaving them so that the paparazzi would leave them alone.

"Don't even think about it." He wasn't about to lose contact with his love all because of some preposterous rumors.

"But Fred-"

"No 'buts' Darling; you're apart of the family and of my heart, so if you think for one second I'm going to allow these parasites to scare you away, then I'm ashamed."

The rest of them completely agreed. They loved you, and were more than willing to go through all the bad press. Thick and thin, Queen was going to stay together whether people liked it or not. As you looked up at the rest of them for reassurance, Brian tenderly smiled and put his hand out for you to grab. With your hand, you stretched out took it, feeling Roger and John hug you from left and right. The loyalty was astounding as most bands would have asked the elephant in the room to make itself scarce, but no, not with them. You sniffled out a thank you and felt your boyfriend complete the embracing circle; just then, Miami came out but quickly took a step back to let you all finish your moment.

"Miami?" Fred asked.

"They're uh, they're ready for you all."

Freddie nodded, motioning for everyone to follow him out there. As you all walked past Miami, he gently put his hand on your shoulder. The quiet gentleman was just as angry about this incident. Just like the boys were like his sons, you were like a daughter to him, and to see his daughter upset broke his heart.

"I'm terribly sorry this happened, (Y/N). Had I been there, me and Freddie would have both torn him apart."

"Thanks Jim."

The next thirty seconds of you walking out in front of all those reporters seemed to go into slo mo. The flashing camera, the judgemental expressions, the overlapping voices...be strong. All five band members cautiously sat, awaiting the inevitable. Brian calmly spoke up first and asked if anyone had any questions, and like it was a trigger word, the hurricane of one question on top of another, all from different voices made you shudder. Freddie sensed the fear, and carefully massaged your hand under the desk where no one could see.

For a while, the questions were surprisingly relevant to the clothing line. It seemed as if many of the journalists were also apprehensive about asking of a sensitive topic, which really helped you relax a bit. The calm coming over you also helped the guys to ease up as well.

"Who's idea was it to start the clothing line? (Y/N)s or Freddie's?"

"Well mine of course, my dear." Freddie boasted. "(Y/N) is very smart, but I'm still the brains of the operation."

You playfully shook your head, making the reporters laugh.

"(Y/N), which articles of clothing would you say is your strong point in designing?"

"Hmm. I think it'd have to be stylish shirts, along with accessories like scarves and hats, I've always got so many ideas for them."

"Has there been a lot of arguments over which designs should be kept and scrapped?"

"Oh it's no different than the boys arguing over music. But, before I can beat any sense into them, our manager, Miami holds me back." You chuckled.

"You mean just like how you beat that gentleman outside the theater last week?"

That question came out of nowhere so fast, it made you blank and stutter for a moment. Maybe using the word beat wasn't a good idea; you swear you didn't mean for all of this to start.

"I-I'm sorry?" You coyly asked.

"At the Rainbow Theater. You physically assaulted a fan after he asked for an autograph, is that true?"

"No, it isn't." And it begins...

"We have photographic evidence of you hitting him."

"I only hit him because---"

"Do you plan on taking any anger management classes?"

"I don't have any anger issues."

"He had a black eye and a cracked jaw along with severe damage to his privates."

"But he--"

"Did your parents used to beat you as a child?"

"M-my parents never put their hands on me."

"SHE'S LYING." A voice called from the crowd. It came out so loudly that everyone shut up immediately. When everyone in the room peered to the back, that same piece of crap who put his hands on you walked out of nowhere. His black eye was still dark as a shadow and his walk was definitely a bit crippled. Wow did you really hit him that hard? The boys all tensed and nearly growled at the scum before them.

"This whore is doing her best to hide her real self. All I wanted was an autograph, but then like a psycho, she wailed on me like a dog on raw meat."

"Liar!" Brian shouted

"Stop trying to defend your plaything, May. She's a monster and deserves punishment, I deserve compensation! Tell me (Y/N), who do you plan on attacking next? Another woman? a child maybe?"

Your chest began to unevenly breathe as your heart pounded; a panic attack was definitely coming on, and Freddie could feel the sweat forming on the palm he was rubbing. You wanted more than anything to tell them the real story, but all your thoughts were racing way too fast. Before you knew it, the cameras all began to flash in unison again and the constant questions poured while the accuser kept pointing and calling you every possible derogatory word. Freddie glanced at you and saw no difference between your fear or a deer staring into headlights. He felt your palm go limp as you began to dissociate and he couldn't stay calm anymore.

The king of Queen sprang to his feet and bellowed as loudly as possible.

"SHUT THE HELL UP!"

Once again, it went quiet and all attention went to him. John saw how frightened you were and gently led you back to the green room.

"Do you all want the real story? I'll give you the real story! We were all there. This sorry excuse of a man put his hands on one of my bandmates. She showed clear as day that she didn't want to be touched, and then he gripped her and tried to force himself on her. She acted upon self defense, and what he got was even less than he deserved. This pissflap deserves to go to prison and be made into every convict's girlfriend!"

Fred reached into his pocket, pulling out a polaroid photo.

"This photo...contains proof of the damage he inflicted on her. He grabbed her so tightly against her will that it left scratches and made her bleed! This man is no victim, he's a roach beneath my shoe...a roach that I'll make sure he wished was still hiding under the fridge he crawled out of!"

The journalists were writing everything down, transfixed on this side of the story they'd never heard. Was this true? Was Freddie trying to cover his friend's crime? Roger saw the doubt on everyone's faces and when your aggressor scoffed, he

the drummer snatched the photo from Freddie and handed it to Miami, whispering something in his ear. The manager nodded and kindly gave it to a photographer. The Polaroid began to get passed around, tension growing and judging faces now pointing to this man. They could tell the arm in the photo was definitely yours because you'd been wearing your signature zodiac bracelet; something you never went without.

"Now if you'll all excuse me, I have a girl to check on." Freddie announced.

As the band headed back, the journalists had already begun swarming the culprit. It seemed their work was done.

You were still shaking on the couch, and that loving boyfriend of yours wrapped his jacket around your shoulders.

"Let's go home." He whispered.

Without any fight, your feet stood with his and walked out with him, only upon going outside, he moved his jacket from your shoulders, to covering your head. He didn't want anyone in the press to see you upset, nor want you to see that idiot in the window. The limo was already waiting, and once you two piled in, he told the driver to return to Garden Lodge.

Freddie was still holding you tight, rubbing your back.

He kissed your head.

"I want this to be over, Freddie."

"It's alright my Love. I showed them the picture and told the whole story. I don't think it's quite over yet, but I think most will know you're innocent."

Your heart lightened at that. It was truly a relief knowing that your honor meant everything to him.

"Now what?" You sniffled.

"We go home. We get into our pajamas. And we binge watch all the comedies we can find, because I want to see you smile."

And just as he promised, you and Freddie spent the rest of the day cuddling on the couch with you, under a pile of blankets and of course, his cats.

aww, thank you! ;) I hope you like this too! I felt like using the same scenario for each guy would be boring so I changed it up … hope that’s ok! Oh & you’re a human in this :)

Xiumin:

is rather quiet and harvests souls only bc it’s his way of surviving, not out of cold blood. can seem uncaring but he simply sees it the same way that humans see a cow or a chicken; food

but a soul he could never take is yours, leading to him wanting to protect it instead

a group of rogue demons once found out about the scandalous love affair & tried to take your soul for themselves. but minseok surprised everyone by turning into a ruthless, vicious killer

he was a good guy but no one got away w threatening his friends or family. it brought out the cold demon in him and while scary, it’s also kinda sexy, ngl

intense sex that leaves you with bruises and your neighbours wondering if you’re being murdered

Luhan:

seems like a small, delicate demon. the other demons tease him for his “feminine” looks. but when he’s hungry for souls or it’s mating season, he turns into … well, a demon

he’s unstoppable & surprisingly strong & ruthless

one night, he catches the scent of the tastiest soul he’s ever smelled & stumbles upon you showering at home. deciding whether to devour your soul or your body was such a hard decision luckily he picked the latter or else you’d be dead rn

your relationship is a constant mix of hunger/lust for him as he doesn’t know if he wants your heart or your soul more. but don’t be afraid, he would never hurt you … you think

Kris:

gives off an aura of over confidence

he doesn’t like being treated as inferior & will stand up for himself. this makes him seem arrogant or like he only cares for himself but he’s rather modest about his talents/strengths

and is very humble towards you, as he cares for you very much

it’s this self love & love for you that leads him to being so strong, which is what comes across as arrogance

has complex feelings but is bad at expressing them so sometimes he may do devilishly bad things when those feelings build up and explode. but you’ll always be there to pick up the pieces

Suho:

the alpha who doesn’t seem like one on the surface

he acts kind & friendly only so outsiders let their guards down. but if anything threatens his family/pack or you, then he will stop at nothing to eliminate that threat

feels sorry for humans but knows that their souls are the only way he’ll stay alive so he still kills but does so painlessly

spoils you

makes you sit on his lap during meetings, so everyone knows you’re the alpha female, even though you’re not a demon. bc human or not, the others know to listen to you. or else they’re on suho’s bad side & no one wants that

Lay:

he is intelligent, patient & hardworking. but also lazy :/

so he goes through phases of collecting endless souls then none & his boss lowkey hates him

during one of his hardworking spells, he encountered you & was immediately smitten

but before meeting you, he saw human souls as worthless. he wasn’t cruel, mind you, he wouldn’t hurt a human just for fun but they were still below him

so the fact that your soul drew him in so much astonished him & he didn’t even try to fight the pull.

Baekhyun:

a cunning trickster who knows he’s beautiful

uses those looks to lure ppl into selling him their souls

when he found someone he couldn’t lure so easily, that “someone” being you, he fought hard to change that. but no matter how many tricks or sexy winks he sent your way, your soul was unattainable & during this chase, he fell in love

he’s witty & sarcastic, which can lead to trouble w stronger demons, but he’s not looking for a fight. esp. not if he has you to worry about as well. your safety is everything to him

now he focuses his cunning talents on providing for his life with you, not on stealing souls

Chen:

a playful demon

he spent hundreds of years just blending in, taking souls as he pleased & enticing the women or men he wanted to bed. in fact, he always just got what he wanted

the first struggle he faced was falling for you, which ended up all rosy since he won you in the end

the thought of taking your soul does admittedly cross his mind sometimes, but as he imagines a life without you, he decides he’d rather not eat your soul but something else ;)

Chanyeol:

playful, fun guy on the surface

but surprisingly heartless inside

he acts cheerful so others aren’t on constant attack mode around him. but, inside, he knows that if he wants to continue living, he can’t be all merry & carefree. esp not when he needs to take care of you too

in his spare time, he taught himself how to play numerous instruments & plays them while singing to lull you to sleep

D.O:

doesn’t wear his heart on his sleeve, isn’t talkative, & seems cold and uncaring

but he’s actually very gentle & kind, something a demon can’t be, which is why he hides it

except around you. you get to see the real kyungsoo

he’s dedicated to keeping you both safe, so he can live out the rest of your life in loving harmony. he doesn’t even want to think about his life when your fickle human one ends; “let’s just live for the moment” he tells you often

Tao:

doesn’t like to fight but will if he has to

is mistaken as weak but proves the other demons wrong as he’s actually the pack’s strongest fighter. the only thing that holds him back from showing that off often is his good nature, that doesn’t take pleasure out of hurting others

feels embarrassed for some reason after feeding on souls (even though you know he does) so will come home & act like he was simply hanging out w some friends

loves attention & cuddles but teases you about doing the same for you; “you want me to hug you? wow, I must be irresistible”

Kai:

is known throughout the demon world as a fluid fighter, since his moves are so effortless and graceful as he takes souls and kills enemies

is seen as a ruthless killer

but truthfully he’s just a big child and loves dogs (but they hate demons so :/) and he loves you

likes that he can let his guard down around you and relax. lots of make-out sessions in sweats, esp after he’s been working out or just devoured a soul; his blood is pumping and he feels so full, but what’s the harm in a lil dessert? ;)

Sehun:

a bratty demon

hates having to answer to a boss & reap xxx amount of souls

would rather just wander aimlessly, experiencing ppl & life

he sneaks out one night to do this & that’s how he met you

sometimes you forget he’s a super old demon, since he looks so cute when he pouts and can be so childish sometimes

has no shame in telling you “yeah I killed 43 people today when my target was only 40. I’m so great. I deserve a raise, don’t I?”

Hello! I saw that you are doing written ships and I was wondering if you can do mine with BTS! If you don’t mind! :) I can’t mask my feelings well and people can read me easily. I’m usually described as a shy and demure individual but once you get to know me I am bright, intelligent, 4D(quirky), joyful, & fun. My hobbies include drawing, listening to music, reading manga (Japanese comics), watch anime, swimming, and driving around. I am also a very open-minded individual as well.

I don’t wear too much makeup even on special occasions and I always give everything an 110% :) My fashion is very simple but when I go out with friends I dress up more fashionably! I can get along with people and I always like to help them out if needed. I usually also have a mild temper and I have a very easygoing and quiet personality Because of my shy personality I can be socially awkward at first. I also blush really easily if I get nervous and shy then I start to stutter a lot. I also get mistaken for having a cold personality when I don’t. I also have long wavy brown hair and a baby face known amongst my friends. Big brown eyes, long eyelashes, and I have a fit body. I am half Chinese, latina, and quarter french (European descendent) I’m also afraid of bugs and love boba. Former junior Olympic athlete for swimming and swimming for 7 years with 1 or two records at a community college for a high school swim meet.

I hate being a burden and say sorry a lot. I am also an INFJ and I like to cosplay and play video games like final fantasy, kingdom hearts, resident evil, metal gear solid, and devil may cry etc. As well as I have the tendency of being too nice and not looking for myself like putting others before my needs and my friends always tell me to take care of myself as well and smile more often.

In my group of friends, I’m usually the little sister despite being older than some of the friends, I’m usually protected or taken care of. I also make puns that are corny and bad haha. I am also humble and modest, I do not give myself enough credit for what I do and when ppl give me compliments I try to look for something even if I do not know the person and I tend to get flustered, shy, awkward, and quiet about it.

I don’t really like being in the spotlight that much or gain attention, but my friends and from my observations they told me that I have this aura that attracts people even though I am not being an attention freak etc

Admin Hammie here again~ It was a neck-to-neck competition between Nams and Chims but I finally concluded that I’d ship you with, Jimin! :D

Let’s start from the outside; the looks. You seem like a pretty dang gorgeous girl with a very appropriate sense of fashion, not too over but never too little, always just right. I can’t help but think of how much of an aesthetic couple ya’ll would be, your feminine features to his handsome ones, your cute face to his just as cute face, like damn, and never mind the times where you actually choose your clothes; you feel like the kind of person who’d just be grabbing onto whatever’s in your closet, and yet would still work that outfit out effortlessly like you’re on a runway show. With a guy like Jimin by your side, the both of you would just constantly compliment each other’s fashion and the looks which hath been giveth by nature; y’all could probably agree to a beach date and lowkey look like you’re both ready for a swimwear photoshoot. Now, let’s get in deeper; who you really are. Starting on a lighter note, Jimin would find date ideas pretty much an easy task. You’re all-rounded list of interests and laid-back philosophy provides no restriction to this precious boy when it comes to methods of spending time together, so be it just another lazy anime night at home, or putting your bodies to work at the gym; he names it, you’d probably be up for it. You a pun master but you a shy bunny, and that just sounds like the perfect formula to make Jimin a happy bun really X3 When you goof around, he’d be giggling at how adorable you are, and when you’re blushing at his pick-up lines, he’ll probably still be giggling at how adorable you are. You generally seems like a very cute and innocent-kinda person; regardless of age, Jimin would be more than glad to know that you’d enjoy it just as much as he does when he treats you like the baby princess of his life. Closing off my reasonings regarding your personality, you sound like you don’t appreciate yourself enough and tend to put yourself down, more than you should be. In that self-less aspect, I feel Jimin would understand where you’re coming from, as he also used to carry those same tendencies; and with that, I’m pretty sure he’d constantly shower you with simple, short, yet honest praises at all times, just to let you know that you are worth the center of that spotlight just as much as he is.
